•Look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Try to make sense of what you see, and wonder about what makes the universe exist. Be curious•

I sat down and looked up at the board with my hands shaking and running through my hair, a cause of me being nervous. I looked around the room at the new faces I would soon meet through future activities.

"Hello class. My name is..." The older woman turned around and wrote something on the board. "Ms. Williams. Welcome to my acting class."

There were some "hello's" and waving throughout the room towards Ms. Williams. I sat in silence.

Her hair was blonde and poofed up as if she came staright out of the 80's. Her clothes matched as well. The accient from her sounded like she was raised in New York and she just moved to California.

"Queit today, aren't we?" She mumbled. "Anyways, why don't we go around the room and introduce ourselves. Say your name and where your from." She pointed towards the opposing corner of the room from where I was.

"Stephen Marshal. Providence, Road Island." The boy started.

"Jenny Fordwind and I'm from Nashville." She was too perky.

I ignored everyone else and put my head down. I opened up my notebook and doodled inside. I wrote my name in cursive then made an outline to it with differnt colored pens.

"Hey, I'm Kira Kosarin." I looked up when I heard a girls voice on the side of me. Was she there before? "I'm from Florida."

"Me too." I blurtted out somehow. She smiled at me.

"Your turn." Ms. Williams was looking at me. I felt so embarrassed for just blurting that out to Kira.

"I'm, uh, Jack Griffo. Orlando Florida." I smiled at Kira while she did the same.

"Okay, Jack was the last one. So for our first project, you'll be working with the person next to you." She sat down, waiting for everyone to move.

"I guess we're working together." I stated the obvious. Kira turned her chair towards me while I did the same.

"I saw you drawing before." She pointed towards my opened notebook which exposed my doodle. "Your really good."

"Oh that? Its nothing." I shut my notebook so she couldn't see it anymore. To my surprise, she opened hers and showed me her drawings.

"I doodled when I'm bored too." She smiled.

She drew pictures of young women in dresses. Like models. Each woman had a differnt dress, hairstyle, shoes, etc. They were amazing.

"Your talented." I handed her back the notebook and watched het blush.

"Thanks Jack."

I blushed more than her when she said my name. This girl was so beautiful. But what do I know, right? I'm only 14. I don't know the first thing about love.
