The Tsahìk of a seperate Metkayina village pricked and poked at Neteyam's back and chest multiple times before deciding she was pleased with her samples.
Olo'eyktan and Tsahìk had decided it was safer to complete all tests on the boy before sending him back to the Awa'atlu village.
"Sit still boy."
The Tsahìk hissed at him, still making sure he was pure Na'vi and wasn't an intruder or something.
Neteyam had been at this village for a few days, adjusting back to the way of life. Of course he was still extremely confused about how he was resurrected.
The wise Tsahìk explained his situation to him and as soon as he found out he wanted nothing more than to go to see his family after all he now knew everything he needed to.
But that was it, the Tsahìk of this village purposefully left out a crucial detail, one that he'd figure out on his own. Tsahìk still informed the Awa'atlu village so they'd be prepared for when he would arrive.
But this would break Ilyana's heart, after all, she was finally healing.
"It is Eywa's gift to you Neteyam."
Neteyam sat opposite them, clueless to what they were trying to tell him.
"She has given you a second chance."
It took a while to get it into his thick skull but after many times of trying to convince him it was real and he was really alive, he started to pack.
It was then that he noticed a woven bracelet on his left wrist, as of which two small things hung from it. A stone with the letter 'I' engraved on it, and a small shell.
This had never confused the boy more. He ripped it off his wrist and chucked it into the brown sack carelessly.
Olo'eyktan and Tsahìk watched the boys actions and shared a solemn look with each other. They had admired the bracelet while he was still asleep a few days before and guessed it was the in initial of his mate. This had made them debate whether to send him back with the knowledge of the conditions or not. They shook off the idea and deicided to let Ronal and Tonowari deal with it. After all, she was their daughter. But she was finally healing.
