"You can't decide for us," Mary argued.
"Well, after what happened the last time, not going out is good for you both," Kirari countered. "Besides, where are you planning to go anyway?"
Mary blinked. "Wait, you're agreeing?"

"You still haven't told me how you convinced her," Mary said.
Sayaka blushed a strange shade of red that Mary had never seen before. "It's...complicated..."
Mary's eyes widened in realisation. "Oh, God no! You really did that with her in order to convince her?!"
"S-She's very domineering Mary!"
"Ah."
The two of them were on their way to a shopping mall. Mary had insisted they take public transport, and they ended up getting lost.
"This place is strange. How do people even navigate their way around here?" Sayaka wondered aloud.
"I wonder......" Mary muttered.
Suddenly, Mary grabbed Sayaka and pulled her aside, narrowly missing a person rushing towards them with a dagger.
"Don't faint now!" Mary hissed at Sayaka warningly.
"O-Okay!" Sayaka squealed.
"What the hell is that?!" Mary cursed.
"Oh! That's a US military knife! A Ka-Bar! It's in the number 1 spot because of its expansive issue, beloved reputation, and overall handiness. The Ka-Bar is both a highly effective fighting knife and utility tool. The Marine Corps originally issued the Ka-Bar to be fighting knives and utility knives."
"I'm not going to even bother to ask you how you know that," Mary sighed. "Anyway, it seems like we have another burden on our hands."
"We'll take care of the mess," a voice said behind them.
Mary frowned. Was that Eimi?
Her thoughts were interrupted when Sayaka grabbed Mary and magically opened the vent in the ceiling above before leaping inside with her and closing the vent.

"It's really dark in here," Mary commented.
"Shh, that guy might hear us," Sayaka whispered. She glanced around furtively in the darkness before letting out a sigh of relief and leaning back to rest.
Mary did the same and looked at her friend, about to say something.
A pair of glowing eyes started back at her along with a malicious grin, filled with blood.
Mary screamed----

Eimi expertly knocked out her opponent with one strike before surveying her surroundings quickly. 'Good...they escaped...Touma is watching over them so I shouldn't have to worry.'

"M-Mary?!" Sayaka exclaimed, before blood suddenly splattered onto Mary's face. Sayaka shrieked in pain and clutched her slashed arm.
"Sayaka!"
Sayaka hurriedly backhanded her attacker before crashing open the vent and jumping out with Mary.
Touma suddenly appeared in front of them both, shielding them. The attacker jumped out of the vents as well as started to crawl towards them at an astonishing speed.
"It's like a horror movie......oh shit, Sayaka can't stand----"
As the man leapt at them, Sayaka let out the contents of her stomach onto him, throwing him back into a pillar.
Mary nearly gagged at this disgusting sight.
Rage coursed through Mary's veins. All she and Sayaka want to do is have fun, yet they keep getting interrupted.
In a rush of adrenaline, Mary grabbed the knife from the floor and slashed the man's throat in one swift motion before grabbing Sayaka and heading to the nearest train.
Touma sighed. "She would really make a good girlfriend, wouldn't she?"

"Why's everyone staring at us?" Sayaka whispered.
"Because you're bleeding and I have blood on my face?!" Mary whispered back. "And also probably due to the fact that I'm holding a Ka-Bar or whatever it's called."
Before Sayaka could reply, a man stumbled into the train. He walked around with jerking movements before setting his sights on Mary and Sayaka.
He grinned madly and sang, "I found youuu~!"
Mary barely registered him running towards them before she suddenly felt a sharp pain in her stomach.
She looked down to see a gaping hole in it and heard Sayaka shouting panickedly, as well as the other commuters scrambling around in a frenzied manner.
'Oh shit,' Mary thought before collapsing. 'Ririka......'

"You nexttttt......Momobami Sayaka~!" the man screamed before lunging at the dark-haired girl.
What he didn't know was that Sayaka would react aggressively.
Sayaka grabbed his long Katana with her hand before crushing it and shattering it into pieces.
"I don't think so, Kuragari," she snarled before summoning her scythe and slashing at him wildly.
