Jake shoved me along the forest ground, gun pinged to my head as we walked. Tuk insisted walking with me no matter how much her parents protested. "What's your name?". She asked kindly. "Nora, Nora Quaritch". I reply straightforwardly not bothered by the questions being thrown at me every 10 seconds. "Why we're you after my daddy?". Okay this question was a bit more serious and I don't know if I should tell a little girl like that we wanted to kill him. "Well...". I hesitantly speak. I could feel Jakes eyes burn into now, wondering why we're back. Maybe it was a good thing he let Tuk walk with me.
"You see, there's these people called traitors". I feel the gun poke my head, making it sting. Jake hisses at me as well as Neytiri. "And see us people, have to permanently lock them away". I tell her, trying to keep it pg as possible. "So you were gonna take my dad away forever". Her eyes saddened as well as mine. "It's my job kid, I have too". I look away in guilt and everyone else saw the small expression on her face, they could hear the regret in her tone slightly. "What if your dad got taken away from you?". Tuk asked making Jake flinch slightly at the memory and even Neytiri felt a pang of guilt. "My dad did get taken away from me, I only just got him back today". I tell her. "Oh, who took him away". Tuk asked. "Ma Tuk, that is enough questions, that is her business". Neytiri says. The girl knew it was her that took her father away the first time as well as Jake, that's why she should feel anger towards the family, revenge, but she didn't, she died the same day as him so it wouldn't have made much difference if he survived or if she did. We continued walking for another 5mins when we reached some ikran. "Neteyam you'll take Lo'ak, hun take Kiri and tuk, I've got this one". "You planned that out pretty quick". I spoke up, he just eyed me with a death glare. "Shut up and get on, don't try anything funny". "I don't mess around with taken men". My wits are gonna kill me some day. Jake just rolls his eyes and gets on the front.
As we were flying I could feel the Ikran's muscles tense a lot, making his flying more painful. "Relax". I told Jake. "What?". He questioned. "You're too tense, if you're too tense then he is, your gonna give him muscle pain soon". I explain. Jake looks at me hesitantly but takes a few deep breaths and relaxes. His Ikran let's out happy Chirps and starts to fly much better. Jake thought it would be a good time to start a conversation. "What happened to you kid?". He asked. "Why weren't you with spider". "I don't know, everyone was so panicked and started rushing out, I hid away in one the cupboards next thing I know I'm blown to shreds". I recall the story a little different than what I told spider. "How old we're you?". He asked, heart starting to fill with pity. "I was 4". I answer, not caring anymore about my death to be honest, shit at least I got a second chance, well if they keep me alive that is. "How old are you now?". He wondered. "15". Jake realised by what the time tells, she died the year of the Great War along with her dad. The was the same year that Neytiri was pregnant but they didn't know that till a few months later. The rest of the ride was quiet.
Jake steps off first holding his gun up again at me. I jump off and he leads me to a tent that I would say is theirs. He ties me to one of the post. "What are you gonna do with her?". The oldest, Neteyam asked Jake. "That's something I need to talk to your mother about". Jake says, indicating that he needed his kids to leave. They all walk out and I'm left there tied to the post. Jake and Neytiri started arguing. No, you can not ask of this, I will not leave my people". "He had our kids under his knife, his knife". He repeat using his hands to imitate a cutting motion to his neck. "My father, gave me this bow as he laid dying, he said protect the people, you are Toruk Makto". Neytiri cried holding up her bow "This will protect the people, he's hunting us, our family". Jake argued. "You can not ask me to leave, this is where the kids grew up, this our home". She cried out. "Look I've got no plan, but this family I can protect, that I can do". He sternly says. Neytiri had tears streaming down her face. I tried to look at anything but them, feeling very awkward in this moment. Jake comforted Neytiri. "We have to take her with us". He says nodding his head my way. My eyes as well as hers widen in anger. "Absolutely not". "I ain't going anywhere with yous". We both growled at him at the same time. "You shut it". "She has to come, if we leave her here, it'll draw him more, spider already knows everything, and Quaritch will come after his daughter". Jake convinces. A small crowd of people formed at the door of their hut, Jake and Neytiri looked at the im question when suddenly a swarm of Woodsprite followed into the tent. They landed on every inch of my body, making me stare at them amazed. Neytiri even looked at the girl and how her eyes glowed slightly. Maybe this girl isn't what they take her to be. Eywa will show her what this girl is for soon enough. "We will take her". Neytiri speaks up. "It seems Eywa has spoken for you two, this girl is to be apart of your journey". Some old looking lady says walking in and observing as well. The woodsprite flew away and the people watched them go. Staring at me In wonder.

Which now lead me to here. Wrist tied, standing in front of ikran's packed and ready to go. "Neteyam you'll take the prisoner". His father ordered. "I'm not taking her". Neteyam protested. Jake sends him a look and he rolls his eyes muttering under his breath. "Yes sir". Neteyam jumps on and Jake lifts me roughly on to the back, walking away to his own. "Put your arms around my waist and hold on tight". He says, looking forward. You could hear the annoyance in his voice, making me annoyed as well. "I'm not touching you". I, glare at him. He makes a certain clicking sound, making the ikran jerk forward. I yelp in fear. Out of instinct I latched onto to him. He laughs lightly at my reaction. "Shut up". I sneer, making him laugh more. Lo'ak stared at this, he felt hatred towards his brother, laughing with the enemy and extra hatred towards the enemy herself. "Stop joking around with her, if you don't remember brother she tried to kill us". Lo'ak reminds him with a glare. Neteyam rolls his eyes at his brother's behaviour. "I remember it very clearly, I saved your ass". I just sat there awkward again. "Let's get moving, it's a long journey ahead of us". Jake called, cutting the tension in the air.

He wasn't lying either it was a rough journey. We were currently in the mist of a storm. Everyone tried there best to keep their ikrans steady through the winds. I could feel Neteyam struggling to gain control. Suddenly a strike of lighting hit close, knocking Neteyam off and into the rough sea. "Neteyam". His father called out to him, worriedly, his family watched closely about the situation, troubled on what to do. A part of me wanted to leave him there and just take the ikran and get the fuck out of here, but the other side always seems to win. Ah god damnit. I yell in my head. The ikran starts to panic, jerking around in fear from the lost of its rider and the storm. I quickly untie the binds on hand, trying to rip it off as fast as possible. Once I got it off, I jump to the front of ikran, trying to gain control. I know how this works, the tsaheylu between him and his rider would have already been made. So I grabbed it's antennas, jerking him around a bit to try gain dominance. "You wanna save your rider bird, god damn listen to me". I yell at it in frustration. That seemed to knock some sense into it. I get it to dive down towards the ocean, dodging the rough waves that crashed against each other. I see Neteyam trying to hold his head above the water. I use the rope that was binding me, I tie it around my waist and attached it to the saddle of the ikran. Once we got close enough to the sea to grab him, i place both feet on one side of the ikrans collar, making it tilt, I let go, holding out both hands for him to grab, he latches onto them and I pull him up, the ikran use its strength, lifting him out of the ocean. He gets on the back and I sit at the front flying. He coughs, trying to get the ocean water out from his lungs. Once he calmed down a bit he realised who had saved him. I look at him and notice he's staring at me awestruck. I fly us back over to the family. "Oh my gosh Neteyam, thank you, thank you, thank you". Neytiri repeats, grateful her sons alright. Jake just simply looked at me and we both gave a curt nod , understanding one another. We all flew off and finally the storm cleared up, leaving a great blue sky. I feel arms wrap around me as I flew, and soft fabric against me as well. Neteyam had secured himself against me, a blanket wrapped around him, to get him warm again. "I honestly thought you would've left me to die". Neteyam speaks up. "Trust me, I was thinking it". I admit it. He paused for a second looking at me. I look back at him for a second and see a small smirk across his face, he tries to contain. I raise my eyebrow at him, turning to face him as the ikran just followed the rest. "What the hell are you smiling about?". I ask annoyed. "Why didn't you". He asked with confidence. Well aren't you a arrogant little prick. "Don't get ahead of yourself there "Man over board", I wouldn't have made it far anyways, I don't know my way back, I probably would've just died, like you if I left you there". I answer back. He scoffs. "That just sounds like an excuse". "Well if you'd like we can redo the situation and I'll leave your ass this time". I glare at him. He's so annoying, but I like it. "I bet you wouldn't leave me a second time". He comments, still having that stupid smirk in his face. "You really wanna test me forest boy?". I say, turning back to the front, rolling my eyes. Neteyam just shakes his head and laughs to himself at the girl's attitude. He goes to wrap his arms around her again when she snaps. "Don't touch me". He does it anyways, just to annoy her. I think he's gonna enjoy annoying her.
