I opened my eyes. I was in a dimly lit room.I got up and went to the bathroom. I knew he wasn't around and I needed to be fast.
I wasn't ready to consume the marriage yet. I picked a silky nightgown and climbed into bed.I tried to sleep but I couldn't. I couldn't sleep..Why? I heard the door close and I knew he was back.I closed my eyes and my breath stopped for a second. I heard the door close.He had gone to the bathroom. I closed my eyes as I heard the shower running.I could here the shower off and I knew he was out.
I opened my eyes to peek and I was shocked to see him wrapped in a towel. He was holding a gun and was wiping it. I frowned then I heard his voice.
"You aren't sleeping,princesa..Why are you pretending to sleep?"
I gulped but I didn't move.I suddenly felt a hand stroke my shoulder and I bolted up.
"You are a bad liar,princesa" he said. He was only in pants.His chest bare and I gulped.
"I was really asleep"I said
"You are scared.Do you think I would hurt you? I'm not that heartless.I won't consume the marriage yet till you are ready" he said looking at me with his green eyes.
"Thank you" I said and he rolled beside me. I felt uncomfortable sleeping with a man on the same bed.
"Won't you sleep?"he said his voice a little rough.
"I can't sleep.....I have insomnia"he groaned and said"What helps you to sleep?"
"I know I might sound like a baby but I love stories" I said.
"How old are you? God save me"he said.
"20 years"I answered.
"It was a rhetorical question, princesa"he said.
"Oh...." I said looking away. He didn't seem that evil..I guess
"There was a wolf"he said starting the story.He was actually telling me a story.Was this the beast I was told about? I paused waiting to see if he would continue.
"There was a wolf and he didn't like women especially those who wouldn't sleep at night so one day he took a gun and shot her"he said.
"What happened to her?" I asked.
"She died and he found peace"he said flatly.
"So now sleep else I might do the same or are you not tired maybe we can consume the marriage"he said and that did it.I closed my eyes and wandered to the land of sleep.
A/N: So yeh,I know I'm weird.....The male lead is not domineering now but he might be later on. I love you all so fucking much..Kisses and invisible hugs... Goodnight
