She ate everything and licked her lips. I stared at her actions as she ate.
"Should we go?"I asked
"Yes"she said and got up. I looked at the smudge of sauce on her lips and I neared her and licked it away from the corner of her mouth. She looked at me and I smiled.
"Very tasty"I said and she blushed.
Later in the car.....
She was listening to music as we drove. We were now going to the horse ranch when I heard her voice and I groaned stopping the car again.
"What is it,love?"I asked
"Look at that pet shop...Can we check it out?"she said and looked at me with her beautiful eyes. How could I say no? I got down as she followed and when we stepped into the pet shop she smiled moving from one animal to another.. touching them. She kept looking till she saw two little kittens.
"I want them"she said as the kittens looked at her with "get me"eyes.
I hated kittens with a passion and I would take a dog any day...but she seemed so excited, I couldn't make her sad so I agreed.
She hugged me hard and I hugged her back glaring daggers at the two kittens who "meowed" for her attention.
"We want them"I told the pet keeper.
"What name will you give them?"I asked
"You can choose for me"she said and I chuckled.
I would call these two kittens "Nuisance and problem".
"Give them a name instead"I said and she nodded.
"Popcorn and candy"she said pointing at them each.
Nuisance and Problem would have been a better name.
We later took them to the vet and by the time we were done it was late. All my plans were ruined but atleast she was happy.
"Snuggle Bear,can we make one last stop?"she asked and I nodded.
"Where?"
" Anders Park..."she said and I looked at her...That was the first place we met.
Adele Castillo POV
I wanted to go there...I missed home. When we arrived there,we left popcorn and candy in the car and we got down. I could see the confusion in his eyes but I only looked away. I looked at the moon,yellowy white,loomed large and surrounded by an ethereal glow. Millions of stars sprinkled in the sky illuminating the moon's light. I looked at his face and into his green eyes and he smiled. A smile that could make one die and resurrect.
"Do you remember here?"I asked
"Yes...I used to come here every day cause I thought you were going to come back till I found out about the fire and I lost all hope"he said and I smiled.
"I did too....Thank you for helping me to remember my past..The one's peaceful past I used to have"I said and my voice got stuck in my throat as tears started pouring down.
"Did I say something,love? Don't cry,princesa ...Look at me"he said as he wiped my tears away slowly.
"He hurt me...He beat me and I thought he cared about me..I said that he beat me because he cared"I said referring to my father.
"I will hurt him too....I won't spare him,love...I will make him pay for everything....Claire, can I say something I never got to say 6 years ago"he said and I nodded.
"I love you,and it's not the love that wavers,it is the one that never fades. I want you to know the reasons I love you,but if every star in the sky was a reason,I might run out of reasons. You are the only person who makes me smile, who takes away all my burdens..and I know words can't describe my love but feel my heart it is yearning for you earnestly"he said and put my hand on his chest. I could feel his heartbeat and I looked at him.
"I'm scared"I said
"That what?"he said
"That you might let me go... I'm afraid"I said and he hugged me.
"I'll wait even if it takes me a thousand years I'll wait and that is how deep my love for you is"he said and kissed me.He smiles in the kiss and I kissed him back hard. He bites my lower lip slowly and I part my lips giving more access as a moan leaked out of my mouth.
Lodovico POV
Her lips was sweet, welcoming and inviting and all I wanted to do was to drown in the kiss..to taste her sweetness,to take her pain away and to heal her scars..all of it. And then he knew she was his everything.
