"Liv maybe you are why she's so disobedient. She used to be so submissive before you two became friends. So everything that's going to happen will be because of you!"
That's when Fin had had enough. He was in the office within seconds of the last word being spoken.
"ALRIGHT ENOUGH!" Fin yelled at Carisi. "I don't know who you think you are walking up in here yelling at my Captain like that but I think it's time you get your paperwork and leave. From this point on you only talk to her when I'm present. Do I make myself clear?!"
"Carisi I think it's time you leave. As my Sergeant has said you will no longer be able to speak with me without him and I honestly would like you to only talk to him when you come to pick up files. If that is going to be a problem I'll request a new ADA. Is that understood?" Liv was eerily calm when saying all of that.
"Don't worry. I'll have someone else pick up files for me from now on." Carisi said while booking it to the doorway of the office.
"Liv are you ok?" Fin asked her.
"Have you heard from Amanda?" Liv asked while her voice was shaky.
"Yeah I got coffee with her on Saturday. She's ok for now but something is up. She's trying to get out." He told Liv.
"She won't leave the kids alone with him. That's a big red flag. Fin I'm worried." She said dropping her head into her hands.
"Maybe try reaching out to her Liv. I'd do it fast before he is able to do something to stop it." Fin suggested.
"Thanks Fin. If you'll excuse me I'm gonna call her." Fin left and live called Amanda.
Liv started trying to call. The calls kept going to voicemail. She got a bad feeling in her stomach. She tried to shake it off. It was close to 3:30 so maybe Amanda was driving or still in class.
A few hours had passed and she started calling again. This time the calls went straight to voicemail. She feared the worst and tried to text Amanda. The message wouldn't deliver. She had been blocked.
She sat in her office feeling defeated. She grabbed her things and walked out into the bullpen.
"Fin walk with me for a second." She said walking passed the 2 junior detectives and the Sergeant. "I'm blocked Fin. I can't contact her. What if I made things worse. I swear I will hurt him if he hurts her."
"I'll try to text her later. Are you going home for the day?" Fin only asked because he was afraid the Captain was going to go find Amanda.
"Yes Fin I'm going home. I'm no use here if my mind is not here. Call me if you need me." She said sounding defeated.
Fin pulled his Captain and friend into a hug. Only releasing when the elevator got to their floor. With tears in her eyes Liv got on the elevator. Once out of he elevator she made her way to the parking lot and went home to see her favorite little boy.
