The Speed Force

I'm back, sorry I've been out for a while. Got sick, fell behind in class then had to do some catching up before I can even get a break. It's almost midnight right now and I got class tomorrow but 1 or 2 chapters before bed shouldn't hurt, right? I forgot the timeline for this and I think Izuku is 13 at this point, but I'm going to do a time skip and make 'em 15 right before it all happened.

We see a 15-year-old Nana doing her daily laps around the training field at speeds close to Mach 6 as she prepares to inherit what she believes to be the most powerful quirk, One for all. "Come on Nana you can do this, push yourself and go plus ultra!!!" screamed the supportive grandpa. "She is pushing herself right now," Melissa said as she glanced at the speed tracker on her suit. All might looked at her asking if she has reached Mach 6 but Melissa shakes her head at shows Mr. Yagi the tracker showing a speed of 3912 miles per hour. "Come on princess just a bit further and you will reach your goal, you have worked too hard to just quit here so run like your life depends on it," All might said as Nana gave it one last push, and a beeping sound was heard as she finally moved at speeds matching Mach 6. She came to a halt and put her hands up knowing she did it but fainted on the spot from exhaustion. All might instantly appear next to her t hold her before she falls to the ground.

Nana woke up after a few hours of rest because she finally did it and is ready to receive her grandfather's quirk and become the greatest hero known to man. She rushed out of her room not using her speed to not overwork herself after her extensive training. She entered the lab and saw Melissa with her father along with All might discussing how to best design her hero suit after gaining a boost in all physical stats. She was about to go to them when her demanding stomach growled at her demanding to get fed immediately. Nana left after greeting them and going to raid the kitchen as she needs a lot of food to compensate for her extreme metabolism\. After a much needed snack as she put it which she basically ate a meal fit for a large family, she left to go see her grandfather and discuss about the quirk and how to prepare for UA in 2/3 years. 

All right Nana, I'm sure I have told u this more times then I can remember but you must understand this quirk holds a tremendous amount of power because it gets stronger with time. It's been many years since this quirk first came to be so it should be extremely powerful right now." All might said this as he plucked a strand of his hair and gestured his grand daughter to eat it. Nana looked at her grandfather with a blank expression as she was not expecting the method of transfer to  be so....unique. Both the Shields looked at Nana's face and laughed at the expression she made. "Is there a problem, Princess?" All might asked her with a confused look ok his face. " The quirk needs to be transferred with the means of DNA so it's  either this or nails maybe blood too but that's so much more worse than this so please take this." As Nana understood this she took the strand of air and swallowed it expecting it t just pass through but nope, her body made it its mission to remove this foreign object but gave in after a short fight.

The room went silent as they stared at Nana as if expecting something to happen but nothing did. Nana stood up feeling normal but felt a strange energy slowly grow  but suddenly grew at a rapid pace until it could be seen outside as well. The wind blew out causing her brown shoulder hair to flutter and her hazel eyes t adopt a brighter tone as yellow lightning started to surround her body. She began to panic as she felt the power inside was too much for her body to handle causing a large power burst from her body. All might was quick to act as he took both Shields out of the lab and came back to help Nana only to be hit by the power burst from her. All might immediately got back up to see an unconscious Nana on the floor.

Inside Nana's mind space she could see 7 people sitting n what looked to be a meeting room as the one with white hair and green eyes got up and told her to take a seat so they can begin. "Who are you people and where am I?.....Wait Nana Shimura is that you?" The young Nana asked as her tone went from ready to fight to instant fangirl mode. "Yes it's me, I must say I didn't expect to meet you this way but one for all seems to be unstable for some reason hence why we are meeting earlier then expected." Shimura said t the young fangirl who had stars in her eyes and a wide smile on her face. "Shimura we don't have time to be catching up right now so please" "Sorry but Toshi's grand baby is so cute right now" Shimura said as she looked at the white haired man. "Young Nana, due to the unexpected growth of one for all and some weird phenomenon happening one for all is going through a mutation of sorts. Usually it would give you superhuman strength, speed, durability and stamina it seems t be heavily boosting the speed aspect and only a minor portion of the power is going to the other aspects. Even the the quirks stored within one for all are being sacrificed for this." The white haired man said as he looked at Nana with a serious expression.

"So one for all is focusing on improving my original quirk into some kind of speed force" Nana said half jokingly as she was expecting to be able to have super strength like her grand father "Yes that is exactly what I'm saying" Oh" Nana now realizing she won't be able to have strength and durability like All might she began to get sad as she had already planned everything out with her best friend back in Japan. Shimura saw the look on her face and told her that she can be a great hero with her speed as she could save hundreds of people in seconds and arrive at a location before situations get worse, Nana smiled again and thanked her for the words. The space around them started vanishing and Shimura gave Nana a hug before she vanished but as this was happening she suddenly looked serious as something was happening. 

The scene suddenly changed as Nana saw a man in a yellow suit with bright red eyes and red lightning surrounding him as he looked to be vibrating at high speeds. The man looked at Nana with a menacing gaze that even the past one for all users looking at this scene through Nana felt the same evil as All for one from this man. The yellow man disappeared leaving a trail of red lighting behind him. Nana suddenly jumped up as yellow lightning surrounded her body as if protecting her from that man, she was breathing heavily and sweating as the mans presence was enough to suffocate her even if it was not real. "Nana!! what's wrong? why are you breathing so hard and sweating? did something happen to you" All might bombarded her with questions as he wore a worried look on his face. " I don't know what I just saw but I'm sure it was just a nightmare" Nana said as she was trying to catch her breath.

We go to a certain green bean who just woke up after a horrific explosion at star labs, while working on his secret project, "What happened and who was that women in the hero costume with a lightning symbol on her chest but most importantly why can't I feel my legs?" The green bean panicked as realization hit him

That's it for now, Imma try upload either twice or three times a week depending on school work, next chapter will be Izuku's pov of what happened.
