Black Site Raid

Here again, with another chapter, I promised to do 2 chapters a month but... we are 5 weeks behind schedule and now my weekend is filled with classes from 8 am to 4 pm.

We start where we left off as we see a bunch of scientists behind a glass wall looking at a capsule with a man looking to be in his late 30s. The man looked to be having an animal quirk as he had smooth scales on his arms and covered his cheeks along with lime green eyes to match his scales. Said man was fit and looked scared as he stared down a core with a bright red light. One of the scientists spoke up "Progressing with 'Subject 13' animal-like mutation quirk, administering a dose of reality energy in 3...2...1" As the countdown hits 1, a flash of red light covers the room as the man starts screaming with pain.

The scientists in question stare into the room as the man is screaming and begging for them to stop, one such scientist was looking at a screen monitoring the man's vitals making sure they were stable, and looking at the quirk matter being fused into the man DNA via nanobots that were introduced into him before this moment. After a certain amount of time, the bright light started to fade as the scientist looked in anticipation of the results of 'Subject 13'. They saw that 'Subject 13' was a successful project as his former smooth scales adopted a darker shade of green and seemed rough in texture, the biggest change was the plate-like armor on his back and a club-like tale similar to the extinct Ankylosaurus. The man in question seemed to have also grown in height and muscle mass.

Armed guards entered the room and removed the man from the capsule as he was now unconscious, he was then taken to a room-like cell with other successful 'subjects'. The scientists back in the room studied the results given by the nanobots inside the manas they got information on what happened to his genetic makeup and what did the quirk energy radiation do to him. Across the room, another group of scientists was studying 26 images which seemed to be the before and after of the subjects, while others were lucky enough to survive and gain massive quirk upgrades Others seemed to have a quirk overload malfunction turning them into monstrous equivalents of their quirks some had it even worse as they turned into a mixture of fleshy monster with multiple quirk properties, truly a sickening sight. Some were able to stomach looking at these flesh monsters but not everyone had an iron stomach as they emptied the contents of their stomachs in nearby bins.

In a completely different room, 5 figures in the dark sat at a table in silence looking at the mental image of what has happened to the successful subjects. "A near 40% success rate, much higher than expected" a feminine voice was heard from the 5 in the room. "Indeed, while the failures due sadden me the successful subjects will serve us well in the future" another voice this time male responded, "Let us depart with our new subjects to properly see what they are capable of" A bright blue flash enveloped the 5 figures as the room is now left empty. Elsewhere within the lab, the successful subjects are also teleported to an unknown location.

At a military government base located near the black site. BEEP, BEEP BEEP. "Sir. we have an unidentified object moving at Mach speed to our location, E.T.A. 2 minutes" a soldier looking at a monitor said to their commander. "Ready the Railgun, orders are to shoot down any unknown object heading anywhere near Black site: Red, fire in 3 2 1" As the commander gave the command, a gun-like object aimed towards the unidentified moving object and fired 2 rounds. The rounds were tracked as they seemingly missed the target as it zig-zagged around them. "Target seems to be moving at speeds greater than Mach 6, firing hypersonic missile" The soldier fired the missile that moved so fast it hit the target seconds after being fired. "Target has been immobilised"

Izuku was not expecting a Black site military base to have hypersonic missiles, the rail gun rounds were not much of a problem to avoid but the missile was concerning, to say the least. He barely had time to reach it, even with his accelerated thinking process reacting to the missile was not easy. Izuku moving at speeds of Mach 10 had to amp it up to 13 in less than a second which put a major strain on his muscles causing him to stop drop and roll as he came an inch too close to losing his life. Izuku got up and he stared at the base as his improved goggles provided a much longer range, infrared sight, and night vision among other things, he looked at all the watch towers, guards, and weapons the base had, after formulating a plan of action he activated the tachyon particles stored in his suit to give him an extra boost. He knows this will impact him in a bad way if he uses it for too long but the threat of hypersonic missiles means they could have something just as fast if not faster. He focused his hatred and anger as he started vibrating at high speeds and his eyes turning a brighter shade of red than usual, taking a runner's pose he ran so fast bodies started dropping dead without them realisng they have been killed. The entire perimeter was surrounded by red lighting as alarms and lights came on to get a visual on what was happening, said lights got taken out as soldiers started firing the weapons in every direction as a red flash of light came and took them out. Explosions followed as Izuku took out most generators leaving only the backup and also taking out all aircraft as he turned their weapons against each other.

Guards from inside wearing heavy-duty armor came out carrying special weapons with target-locking bullets ready to fire as the red lightning went through them killing them on the spot, the entire base was in a panic as some tried to use their quirks but it was futile. As Izuku was taking out most of them he got hit in the back which sent him flying into a wall, Izuku looked over to see a man with no eyes, claws, and dark metal-like skin facing him. The man disappeared and reappeared right next to Izuku throwing a punch which he dodged only for him the man to move again and appear to his left to deliver a kick which Izuku grabbed and threw him away. The man teleported in front of him delivering a punch, disappearing, and hitting his back. This continued as Izuku was not able to get a grip and keep up with the man, he tried fighting back but missed every time. Izuku felt his anger and rage rile up as his body tensed up as time slowed down, he saw the man appear to his right in the air ready to deliver a downward kick. He dodged it a put his hand right into the man's chest where his heart is. The man coughed up blood as Izuku removed his hand from the chest, Izuku looked at a camera in the room as if staring at the people in the security room.

The commander in the room looked at the man in yellow as he felt his red eyes look at him, he looked to the soldiers at the monitor to give a command before a hand appeared through his chest before he can get the word out. Izuku kills the rest of the soldiers as he sits at the monitor and accesses their hard drives only to see most of the sensitive information has been deleted. This would have been a problem if Izuku didn't think of such a possibility but he got a flash drive from a person with a quirk that allowed them to enter any piece of technology with their conscious. Izuku plugged in the hard drive and looked as if the deleted files started coming back and being downloaded into the drive. Izuku unplugs the drive as he collected all the data he needed plus more, 'And Project Darwin' caught his eye the most. "Alright Tech Nobles, you got your information and I got mine. I expect my 35% share from this and with all this done I'll be seeing you" Izuku said to the monitor which was displaying an Ai-generated image of Mulan staring at him before winking and disappearing. He walked around the base back to the man with dark metal-like skin, Izuku was about to grab the man as spatial quirks were rare and a chance to study a user of such was a golden opportunity for him. He got close to the body only for it to teleport away from him, Izuku stood there shocked as a corpse or what he presumed was a dead body just teleported away from him. "I need some sleep before my first class begins," Izuku says before speeding off leaving a trail of red lightning.

Done with another chapter, didn't take me as long as I thought it would but hey, either way, I'm done. I tried telling the fight scene with the teleporter like how Ryan Reynolds vs Wolverine and Saber tooth but... I tried that's all the is.
