Chapter 21

The next morning I woke up in Mattheo's arms. He was still fast asleep. Maybe I should listen to his father. I might end up hurting him. Im going to end up hurting him if I leave him though. But it would be temporary. No I can't think like that. I love him and will never let anything or anyone hurt him. Not even myself.

Mattheo half opens his eyes to see me lying there looking up at the ceiling. "Morning" He say. God I love his morning voice. "Morning" I say turning to face him. "What are we doing today?" I ask him while he's still half asleep. "Well I could show you around my favourite places. And then we will head back to Hogwarts later." He says rolling over to face me. "Okay I'm going to go shower" I say getting up.

Once I got out the shower I realised I didn't have a towel. "Mattheo!" I shout through to the other room. "Yes princess" He replies. "Can you get me a towel?" I laugh. "Yeah hold up" He laughs. He walks into the bathroom with a towel in his hand. "Thanks" I say wrapping it around me. "No problem darling" He says pulling me closer to him. He kisses my lips gently. "You need to get ready" I laugh in between kisses.

When we were both ready we went down for breakfast. "Morning you two" Tom says. "Morning brother" Mattheo says pushing him out the way to get to the cupboard. "Morning Tom" I laugh watching the two boys fighting to get into the cupboard. "Boys stop fighting" Their father says coming into the kitchen. I keep my head down. "Yes father" Tom says. "I'm going out for the day won't be back till late" Voldy says. "We won't be here when you get back" Mattheo says. "Okay well it was nice to see you all" He says looking at me. He leaves the room.

The boys start fighting again. "Guys chill" I laugh standing in front of them. I grab the cereal out of the cupboard. We all sit down at the table and eat. "So you going to tell us what happened yesterday?" Tom asks. "We just talked" I say. "About what?" Mattheo asks. "About you" I laugh. "What about me?" He says. "Your father doesn't want me to date you and said I should break up with you" I say not making eye contact with either boys. "What did you say to him?" Tom asks. "I said I wasn't going to do that" I say looking up.

"What did my father mean when it was nice to see you again?" Mattheo asks. "I told you we met before when I was going to live in the muggle world." I say. "Then why does he hate you now?" Tom asks. "I'm Harry's brother and back when I first met him I did something that annoyed him" I say finishing my breakfast. "What did you do?" Mattheo asks. "I was 12 living on my own and had access to too much magic. He asked me to try and find you guys and I lied and said I didn't know where you were." I say looking at both boys. "He found out later on that I lied and tried to kill me. I got away and ended up telling everyone he was still alive. No one believed me of course" I continue. "Then what happened?" Tom asks. "He came back and I almost killed him but someone got in the way and I ended up killing them." I say. "Who was it that got in the way?" Tom says. "My best friend" I say starting to cry. "I decided after that I wanted to move to the muggle world to try and forget everything and not live in my brother's shadow." I continue. "Why did you lie in the first place?" Mattheo asks putting his arms around me to comfort me. "I knew that he would ruin your lives." I say. "Thank you Y/n but you shouldn't have. How did you know where we were?" Tom says as Mattheo pulls away from the hug. "I had access to dark magic. I still do. I just don't use it." I say. "So when we first met...?" Mattheo says stopping half way through his sentence. "Yeah I knew who both of you were" I say. "Why did you not say anything." Tom asks. "It wasn't important you guys didn't know who I was." I say. "So what happened when you said you weren't breaking up with Mattheo?" Tom asks. "He threatened to kill me, but he knows he won't be able to" I say. "Why because of the dark magic?" Mattheo asks. "Exactly that. It was a waste of time that conversation I had with his yesterday." I laugh.

Later on Mattheo takes me to the forest just out side the house. "This is where I used to read when I was little, up against that tree there" He points to a tree in the distance. We both walk over to it. "It's peaceful here" I laugh. "I can see why you always came out here" I continue. "Yeah it was until the chicken chased me" He laughs. "It was here?" I laugh. "Yeah it was" He laughs. "Why was there a chicken here so deep in the forest?" I laugh. "It must of escaped" He says. "I never came back here" He continues. "Your kidding right?" I laugh. "No it is chicken territory now" He says being completely serious. "Your an idiot" I laugh. "Come on we should start heading back its getting late and we need to get back to Hogwarts." Mattheo says.
