It was the first day back after Christmas. I knew what I had to do this week to gain Voldemorts trust. "Y/n!" Pansy shouted when she walked into the common room giving me a hug. "How have you been?" I laugh. "I've been good. I hope spending all that time with the boys didn't tire you out" She laughs. "Nope surprisingly not" I say. "Everyone is already heading to class we should go" Pansy points out. "Yeah umm I will catch up with you" I say waving to her as she leaves the door.

I run up to my dorm and sit on the floor. I layout lit candles in a circle ready for the spell. I pull out my wand and raise it into the air. "Avada Kedavra" I shout. I use all my strength in me to do the spell without being anywhere near Dumbledore. My nose starts bleeding.

"Y/n!" I hear someone shout running in the room. "What?!" I shout looking around to find Mattheo stood by the door. "What are you doing?" He says confused. "Well what does it look like?" I laugh. "Already?" He asks. "Yeah it should be done. And no one will ever know it was us." I say. "But how? You have to cast the spell towards him." He is still confused. "Yeah well..." I start.

"Dark magic..." He finishes. "Yeah..." I say looking down. "But you said you wouldn't use it anymore." He says looking at the circle of candles which are now out. "I know but if vol- Your dad is trying to take over Hogwarts. Im going to need to use it" I say looking up at him. "No! There has to be another way." He shouts. "Shh, it's okay I know how to control it now" I say standing up and walking to him. I lied I had no clue how to control it. "Just make sure your safe" He says kissing me on the head. "I will. I promise" I reassure him.

"Guys..." Tom says quickly entering the room. "We know" I say quickly hiding the candles and my wand. "How?" Tom says. "We will explain later" Mattheo says as we run out of the room and to where the whole school was gathered. "Where have you guys been?" Theo says as we run up to the others. "We were in Y/n's dorm" Mattheo says. "So what he fell to his death?" I question quietly. "Yeah looks like it. No one else was up in the astronomy tower." Blaise says.

I see Harry fall to his knees when he sees Dumbledore's lifeless body on the ground. I run up to him and kneel beside him resting my head on his shoulder. Harry wraps his arms around me and starts crying. "I'm going to find the person who did this and kill them" He says to me while crying. "Harry..." I say. "Yeah?" He says looking up at me. "I will help you" I say lying. "Thank you" He reply's wiping his eyes. "Everyone head back to your common rooms please" Mcgonagall shouts.

"Y/n" Mattheo, Tom and Draco say. I follow them into Mattheo's dorm closing the door behind me. "We haven't even been back 24 hours and you've already done it" Draco questions. "I need to get it over with." I say. "You really do know how to lie don't you" Tom laughs. "Unfortunately" I say looking down. "What's up?" Mattheo asks hugging me. "I hate lying to Harry." I reply. "It's for his own good." Mattheo says hugging me tighter. "I'm able to bring him back after this is all over" I say. "Is that a good idea?" Tom asks. "That's why you did it because you knew you could bring him back?" Draco asks. "Yup otherwise i wouldn't have done it" I say.
