The capital city, this is capital, Vergilium enshrines its key political importance about the centre of the island. The majority of the whole urban conglomerate is a perimetral sequence of a massive singular building in itself. Such an enormous construct enclaves an internal vast Masters' Park. This is 67 % of the whole city area, as far as the skirting Castle of Course contains 68 % of the entire population.
The Castle of Course is a legendary monument of unmatched dimensions. In spite of the Malbork Castle in Poland known as the biggest in the world by size, the outer fortress is composed of residential spaces allocated for the population sprawl. The external facades are fortified some-how. Since it was firstly built, no precise date can be accounted for the numbers of refurbishment it underwent, it mutated and it has undergone plenty of transformations since the 12th Century on-ward. Nevertheless, it mutated its appearance upside-down all at once.
In the year 2009, its most austere complexion suffered a catastrophic terrorist attack. Seljudics, Dijaretes and numbers of mafia's discontents blew up the Bench Parliament Chamber and caused a series of unexpected implosions of disastrous proportions all over. Therefore, the rectangular form of the city was replaced in less than forty days of construction works by the current encircling elliptical shape.
In this new form of structure, there was the opportunity to set up the most advanced futuristic project of public transportation in order to connect the overall city round and round its shape. The former high-way mirrored corridor stretching along two hundreds and forty kilometres, in a rectangular perimeter, became the elliptical circling. The cutting-edge hyper-loop pressured tube combines MagLev trains (based on magnetic levitation), a super ultra-sonic postal service as such, and optic fibre connecting the buzzing city life - overall based on public transportation.
There is a tight capillary network of trains, buses, vessels travelling at intense and punctual high speed all over the country, teeming with people relying on the service. Yet, Vergilium is breaking 400 km/h speed to move city dwellers around. No wonder why eight times out of ten, travels around the country rely on public transportation. Particularly with the growing concern towards the global environmental issue, also solo travels ride alternative means of transportation.
