"Danny!" yelled Susan.
Brian grabbed her before she was too close, he looked into her eyes. "Suse, Suse, Suse. We will find Danny, I promise you."
Susan shook her head, "No."
"No. Take Kate and go now. Now, while you still have a chance," said Brian who was pushing her away.
"Not without Danny."
"We will find him."
Kate looked at Brian, "I am not going there with Mom alone."
"She's right. Until we find your son," Dean pointed to the shed in the woods, "... the safest place for you right now is in the shed."
Kate looked at the shed then terrified. "I am not going in there either."
"Yes, you are. It is the best defense. The windows are boarded up. It's got one door. It's our best shot right now. Trust me."
Brian comforted Susan and Kate to move on, then Karina volunteered. "I'll look after you. Everything will be okay." Karina guided them both to the shed.
Sam looked at Brian, "Alright, you and me will take the outside." Sam looked at Dean and Ted, "You two take the house. Let's go."
For a short moment, Karina looked after Susan and Kate in the shed. Sam and Brian haven't found anything outside of the house. They were all in the shed together while Dean and Ted were in the house still.
Karina was comforting Kate who was shaking in terror. She was rubbing her arm while Kate's head was on her shoulder. The scent of lavender relaxed her nerves quickly. Susan watched over Karina who was holding Kate. Susan complimented as she smiled, "You're good to her."
Karina shrugged her shoulders, "I just wanted her to relax so... I understand her fear."
Susan nodded slightly, "It's just... my family and I wanted a fresh life from our lives." Karina nodded, then Susan asked Karina. "So those men, are they your family?"
Karina hesitated when Sam was standing by the door, "It's complicated, but... they're brothers and they're my friends. We count on each other, but somehow we lived the same life. So yeah... they're my family. Mostly... they're my boys." Susan smiled a little at Karina's answer.
Suddenly, a knock was on the door. It was featuring Dean who called out to them. Sam and Brian moved the table from barricading the door. Dean let himself in, then they all stood up.
Susan asked, "Did you get Danny?"
Dean looked at Sam and Karina, his eyes gave them shaky tension. "No."
"No? W-well, where's Ted?"
"He's outside."
"Well, why doesn't he come inside?"
"Because I had to carry him out. I'm sorry."
Dean put down the flashlight on the table when Susan asked again. "What does, does that mean, you're sorry?"
Brian asked, "Are you saying that he's dead?"
"No. No, he's not saying that he's dead. You're not saying that, are you?"
"We were in the walls and she attacked."
Susan clasped her hands over her mouth, and she whispered. "Oh my god."
"And I couldn't get to him in time." Susan walked to Brian to comfort her crying over her brother.
Kate asked, "Uncle Ted is dead?"
Dean looked in the distance as he muttered sadly, "I shouldn't have left him alone." Dean looked over to Brain and Susan who were hugging. "I'm very sorry." He exited the shed.
