Enemies with Benefits (Bucky x female reader)

Chapter 36

-A/N- I'm sorry about the time skip but I'm running out of ideas y'all. But I have Chapters already written for the end. SO LOOK FORWARD TO IT!!!

-Y/N's POV -

It was two weeks later. Nothing about my powers has been mentioned. Except for when Bruce does tests on me. After what Bucky said to me, I was careful about talking about it. The team was supposed to be back today. They took down Yolanda and the SOS down. 

I was laying in Bucky's bed and the light was shining in my eyes. I turned onto my back and I looked over to see that Bucky wasn't there. I then heard a door open. I looked over and saw Bucky walking back into the room from the bathroom with a towel low on his waist. I bit my lip as I followed the water drop from his hair, down his chest, hitting the towel. 

"What you looking at, doll?" I smiled. I felt blood rush to my face. 

"I'm enjoying the view." I said innocently. He walked towards the bed. He put his knee down on it and leaned over me. 

"Is that right?" I nodded. He kissed me and I wrapped my arm around his neck and pulled him closer to me. I pulled back. 

"You know if you had just waited for me to wake up, I would've joined you in the shower." He just smiled and pecked my lips. He got off the bed and walked over to the dresser. I sat up so I was leaning against the headboard. His room was still just a bed, dresser, and a TV. 

"I didn't want to wake you. You looked peaceful." He said. He didn't look like he was telling the truth. 

"You never are in bed when I wake up." I point out. He put on underwear and moved the towel away from his hips. He then pulled on some black jeans. 

"Well that's because I wake up earlier than you do." He pulled a henley over his head and walked over to me. He leaned back over and pecked my lips. "I'm gonna go downstairs and make breakfast. Do you want anything in particular?" I shook my head and he pecked my lips again and left. I grabbed my phone to see that it was 7:30. I also had a text from Wanda last night.

Tony wants us to leave at around
10:00 tomorrow morning. 

But knowing him it'll probably
be 2:00pm.

I smiled at her text and answered. 

I'm sorry I didn't answer. 

I was busy last night.

My mind then wandered to last night. Bucky made dinner for everyone and we watched a movie. Bucky and I cuddled. I played the piano that Tony bought for me when he first brought me on. He used it as a bribe. But the night was nice. She answered immediately.

I got up from bed and put on some shorts. I kept Bucky's shirt on. I grabbed my phone and went downstairs and the smell of sausage and waffle batter. I walked over to the island and sat at the barstool. I watched him from behind. 

"You know sneaking up on someone standing in front of a hot stove isn't safe." I sarcastically laughed. 

"I wasn't trying to sneak up on you. I just wanted to watch." I said. I smiled and he turned around. "Do you need help?" He shook his head.
