One week. One week has went by since Adrian showed me that he does not care AT ALL and I have been ignoring him like crazy, I didn't even knew I was capable of ignoring a person like this. I'm not surprised that he hurt me, I just didn't thought he would show it to me the way he did.

I stepped out off my room and walked to the kitchen to see if we had any food. Which we of course didn't.

- We don't have any food

I said, nervous about what my dad was going to answer.

- So? What am I going to do about it

He said while still watching TV and not pay attention to me. I didn't answer him and just walked back to my room.

It was 8 am right now. About one hour until school started and it only takes me about ten minutes to take the bus to school but I really wanted to get out of here. I took my backpack and opened my bedroom door very carefully. I heard someone in the kitchen so I tiptoed my way out through the backdoor and walked fast over the grass until I reached the bus station.

I saw a car coming further away and recognized it immediately. He stopped in front of me and rolled his window down.

- You want a ride?

I didn't look up at him once, I was so mad. I don't even know why he's still talking to me, he obviously ditched me for a reason.

- Come on, get in

I kept looking away, not meeting his eyes. He rolled his window up and drove away. I have to admit, I got a bit hurt, but I didn't want him to know that.

The bus came and I jumped on. As soon as it was about to drive, someone knocked on the bus door and the chauffeur opened it.

"Your lucky day today"

I didn't bother and kept glaring out the window until I noticed someone sitting down beside me. I jumped in a little so the person could get some space.

- I'm really sorry if I hurt you

I heard his voice and froze. What the hell was he doing here. I turned around and met his eyes, as soon as we got eye contact, he smiled.

I rolled my eyes and turned away again.

- I get it, you're mad, what can I do to make it up to you?

I didn't answer his question, just kept avoiding talking about it.

- Where's your car?

I asked.

- I parked it down the street

I nodded and stopped the conversation. The rest of the bus ride didn't feel like ten minutes at all, more like thirty minutes. We got off the bus and started walking together. I could see in the corner off my eye that he glanced at me now and then. We walked into school and no one was there, which was understandable since it was still thirty minutes left until school started.

I directly walked towards the library, hoping that he wouldn't come after me. Which he didn't. I sat down and started to read and before I knew it, the school bell rang.
