I was sad that Coachella ended and we were currently on the way home.

The rest of the weekend went really well. Saturday with Sam, Colby, Kat, and their friend Stas was really fun.

I could tell Hayden and Sam really hit it off. Stas, their friend, barely spoke to me.

She mainly just glared at me and pouted. We met them on Sunday too and spent most of the day with them.

It was more fun with more people, and I could tell most of everyone was having a good time.

I know Hayden won't admit it but I could tell he softened up to Colby a little bit.

I was driving home, Hayden asleep in the passenger seat. I can see why he's asleep.

We're both exhausted. We've been running on a few hours of sleep and energy drinks.

Coachella is exhausting but it's honestly worth it. When we get back to the house, I shake Hayden awake.

He opened his eyes and looked around. He stretched for a moment and looked at his phone.

I pulled into the driveway and parked the car. Even though I was sad to be leaving the festival, I was glad to be home.

Maya was in class so she wasn't home. I grabbed all my bags from the trunk and Hayden followed.

I've walked so much this weekend, my feet feel like they could fall off.

"I think I'm gonna go back home and take a nap. See you tomorrow?" Hayden asked while looking at me.

I understand why he wants to take a nap. Even though it's two pm, I don't think I'm gonna do any laundry today.

I've been doing so much, I just want a day to hang out and rest. I nod my head in agreement while I look at him.

"Yeah, go get some rest. Text me when you get to your apartment." I tell him while he puts his stuff in his car.

We share our goodbyes and he gets into his car and pulls out. I take my stuff into the townhouse and into my room.

I drop my stuff on the ground and lay on my bed. I was so exhausted from this weekend.

Without trying to, I accidentally fell asleep from being so comfortable. I don't know how long I was asleep.

I could feel someone shaking me so I slowly opened my eyes up. I look to see Maya standing above me.

"Hey, I accidentally fell asleep." I tell her while sitting up. She chuckled a little bit while sitting on my bed.

"I can tell. It was almost impossible to wake you up." She joked. I looked to see it was five thirty.

I needed that nap. "So, how was Coachella?" I knew that question was coming.

I laughed a little bit while I grabbed my phone. I spent almost two hours showing her pictures and videos from the weekend.

I know she hated missing out but that's why I filmed so much of it. During one of the videos, you can see Colby for a split second.

I could see Maya squinting her eyes and look closer when she realized. "Can you rewind that?" She asked as I did as she asked.

When she saw it again, she leaned back and looked at me with her eyebrows raised.

"Is that who I think that is?" She asked once she realized who it is. "What do you mean?" I asked trying to play dumb.

She gave me a 'are you serious' look and shook her head. "Don't play dumb with me, Ren." She states.
