[ Vye Club | Park Sunghoon ]

i enter the club after showing my ID.

i got a lot of stress lately since a case being passed to me. It's one of the serial murder cases.The 9th One.

One of the co-worker made it halfway but we didn't see the potential of winning the case so it was passed to me.

I guess being a prosecutor is a little hard since then.

I enter the space where i could see bunch of people dancing under the shiny crystal ball, some just sit with their friends on the couch.

but one girl caught my attention.

she sit in front of the bar,alone.

wearing her black cap low that makes only half of her face is visible. She wear a simple denim shorts with a black crop top and white outer tee.

and she doesn't have any drinks in front of her.

i walk to the girl and take a seat beside her.

the bartender then reach me to ask what do i want for drink. "one vodka"i say making the bartender nod.

"your alcohol tolerance must be great based on your choice"the girl say making me look at her. "and i assume yours aren't"i reply.

she turn her head a little to me,making half of her face features are now visible to me.her right side of the lip rise up, smirking.

"i don't drink"she say as my drink being hand on in front of me.

i take a sip from it and let out a relief sigh as i haven't drink for months. "then why are you here?it doesn't seems like you're looking for a guy too"i say and scoff.

"i don't even know, someone i know say he is here.. but he is nowhere to be seen"the girl reply and sigh while leaning her back on the chair,slightly moving from left to right.

"he?"i mutter and slightly nods.

"Park Sunghoon"i say making her look at me again. even when half of her face is covered,i can still see that she is confused.

"my name"i add making her nod. "park...sunghoon.." she say and scoff making me tilt my head in confusion as i try to figure out what that reaction supposed to mean.

"Lee Yubin"she reply as she look down to her phone that light up from a notification.

i gives her a few nod as i remembered her name.

"it's 2:32..i have to go, my friend won't come"she say as she get off her seat.

she about to walk away but stop and turn to me once again.

"enjoy your drinks,Hoon.that's better,shorter."she add while smirking before walking out of the club.

"interesting.."i smirk as i face my body back to the drink and chug it all down my throat.

i let out a sigh before ordering another glass of the previous alcohol.

i can't drink much even if i wanted to,i have to go to the office at 8.

"thank you"i say as the bartender hand me another glass of liquor.i take a sip from it before putting it back on the counter.

"but why do i think i've seen her somewhere..that lips look familiar"i mutter before taking another sip from the glass.

"no,why would i know her..it's my first time here too" i mumble as i continue to drink.

[ 3AM ]

i take a glance of the time from my watch where it've struck 3 sharp in the morning.

"i need to go home now or i won't make it in the morning"i sigh as i get up from the seat after paid for the drinks.

i walk to my car but stop as i see a girl rush out from the alley behind the club holding her bleeding arm.

without having a second thought, i ran to her to help.

"miss"i say as i turn the girl around and met with a familiar features,again. "it's you.."i mutter as the girl look down,lowering her cap more.

"what happened?"i ask.

"there's someone following me..im sure he's after me now.."the girl mumble,loud enough just for me to hear.

i look around to see if anyone there but no one is visible.

"let me take you home,it's dangerous"i say and we rush to my car and get inside of it.

i look at the girl on my passenger seat after we both buckled the belt and realized she don't wear the outer tee from earlier.

currently just have her denim shorts and the black crop top on which is uncomfortable.

"where's your outer tee?"i ask as i look at the back mirror before spotting a jacket i had on this morning.

"i take it off after i get hurt,i throw it to him so it will cover his vision for some second so i could ran"she say.

i nod before reaching the jacket that i saw earlier and hand it to her. She hesitatedly take it making me smile before step on the gas.

"where should i drop you?"i ask after some minutes of silence.

"i don't know..i can't let my brother see my condition and my clothes smell like liquor.."she reply making me glance at her before stopping at the red light.

"you live with your brother?"i ask making her nod.

"older brother,Lee Hanbin.He's a doctor,so he's sensitive about these things"she reply.

"do you want to stay for a night at mine?"i ask making her turn to me slowly before pulling her cap lower out of embarrassment.

"ya.i don't mean anything bad,i just did this because you have nowhere to go"i say and ckear my throat before moving the car after the light turns green again.

i heard she scoff making me glamce at her.

"how many girls have you bring there?"she ask making me scoff too. "zero."i reply in a serious tone.

"awh really?i won't believe that face"she say sarcastically.

i smirk and let out a sigh.

"im too busy working,i don't have time to have fun. it's my first time going to club, i usually drink at home but i ran out of them today so please stop judging me ms Lee. I know i have a good face but i never been crazy with the girls"i reply.
