Heeseung explain after Sunghoon being moved into a ward after getting a surgery he needed.
"He wants him to suffer but not to die, he hit you up too. He's playing a game"he continue as we make our way to Sunghoon's ward.
"These cases is ruining me"
i let out a sigh. "now Sunghoon, what's next?"i question making Heeseung look away before putting his hands on my shoulder.
"you should watch out too.don't fall into his trap, i didn't want to perform another surgery on you guys" He say making me release a deep breath.
"you should take a rest, Jay isn't working overnight . Stay until 9 then switch with him. Im on standby too today"he continue making me nod.
He give me a reassurance smile before walk away and i walk into the room and see Sunghoon's body laying on the hospital bed.
there's a cut on his left cheeks and his abdomen is now wrapped with bandage all over.
"who the fuck is behind all these"i say in frustration and let out a heavy sigh.
i glance at my watch to look at the time.
8:57pm
the door slide open making me turn back to face it and see Jay.
he slowly walk near me and Sunghoon with worries portrays all over his face.
"how's he condition?" he ask making me sigh.
"good,the killer didn't have any intention on killing him..he just messing up with us"i reply making him nod.
"who could've done this.."he mutter.
"i have two people in my mind"i say making him turn to me and raise his eyebrow ensuring me to continue.
"Hibye cafe manager,Park Minsu or Lee Heeseu—"
"it's not Heeseung"i heard a familiar voice cut me making me turn to my right and see Sunghoon with a hooded eyes.
"you're awake"Jay exclaims as he rush to Sunghoon right side.

"you guys suspected Heeseung?"he continue making us nod. "but why?he was with me almost all the time today"he ask making me and Sunghoon look at each other.
"i found the same poison used on the 10th case in his office drawer the last time i visit him there"i say and look at Sunghoon.
"this morning,Sunghoon said he suspected him as he was there when the 11th case occur.the size of the found foot print from the 12th case was exactly his size" i continue making Sunghoon nod.
"but he don't have the reason to commit all of that" Jay reply making both of us nod again. "exactly" i agreed.
"so What made you think it's not him?"Jay ask,now looking at Sunghoon who is slowly moving to change his position with our help.
"Heeseung is on duty,the killer is taller than him. he don't wear platform shoes. He don't know how to drive my car. he is obsessed with Dami."Sunghoon rants.
"the killer run with my car,he attacked me because i refused to step back from who i thought his sister but i don't think so after what happen"he continue.
"so it's about Yubin?it started from her?"I ask making him nod,i look up and met eye with a confused Jay.
"who?"he questioned.
"his girlfriend"i answered making him more confused. "wait what?when?how??"he question more making me sigh.
"keep that for later but now,how could it start from her?"i reply as i turn my gaze back to Sunghoon.
"he texted me saying 'i don't like sharing', it's Lee Hanbin.Yubin's older brother."
"at least that's what she told everyone"
"but why does a brother said that?what's the motive behind it?is he obsessed with her own sister?" Sunghoon explains.
"Lee Hanbin surely not his real name,because the last thing he said was good luck on finding out who is he'"
"He is using a fake identity to hide himself. he could be any random people we don't know exist out there" he continue.
"and what's up with the café manager?"Jay ask.
"Park Minsu is the 5th case victim brother, Park Bomin" Sunghoon answer.
"the 5th case?the one you lose?"Jay ask for confirmation making the other nod.
"I guess he still haven't moved on from it"i continue.
"arg—" Sunghoon suddenly groan making us two surprise and get closer to him.
"why?what's wrong?is it your abdomen?"me and Jay ask.
Sunghoon shake his head while keeping his hand behind his lower neck, his face clearly tell discomfort.
"it stings.."he mutter making me and Jay glance at each other.
"let me take a look"Jay say as he adjust Sunghoon posture to make it easier for him to see.
"he burns something..on my skin.."Sunghoon continue.
Jay cautiously pull back Sunghoon collar to take a proper look on the burn but get shocked after realising what it is making me wonder what it is and change my place to his side.

"he's targeting you to become the 17th"Jay reply making Sunghoon widened his eye.
"it's the 12th one now,we must find him before the 16th"I continue.
