I plan on making a crossover episode (probably in season 6) where TMNT encore meets ROTTMNT. The concept would be the TMNT encore team would get sucked into a portal and they would end up in ROTTMNT. When the 2 versions met, Donnie was confused, Mikey was cool about it, Raph was freaking out, and Leo was ready to strike if needed. They would get to know each other and they would get into a fight with big mama. Encore!Donnie was scared shitless when he say big mama in her spider form and he retracted into his shell before the battle began. They would fight big mama and encore!Donnie would come out of his shell and beat the fuck out of big mama with the mallet attachment in pure fear. They would spend the rest of the episode trying to figure out a way to get the TMNT encore team back to their dimension. Once they do, encore!TMNT bids ROTTMNT farewell and they leave.
