First the piece guardians!

Trinilizards:
Three Komodo dragon mega-mutants that are a mixture of mutant and gemstones. They live in a cave within the Amazon and guard the head of the emerald eyed serpent.

Leopar:
A leopard mutant with electricity powers that lives in a village in the Amazon that guards the neck of the emerald eyed serpent.
——
The sparrow:
A sparrow mega-mutant that lives in the Amazon and guards the torso of the emerald eyed serpent.
——
Zeplionan dinosaurs:
An alien dinosaur class that lives on the planet cyronithe and guard the tail of the emerald eyed serpent.
——
Devil dogs:
Two mutant dogs that have sadistic tendencies that hide out in Washington DC that guard the rattle of the emerald eyed serpent.
——
Drittens:
Dragon-like kittens that hide out in Japan that guard both of eyes of the emerald eyed serpent.
——
Smoosh:
A giant pill bug mega-mutant that hides out in Antarctica and guard both the fangs of the emerald eyed serpent.

Now the regular villains! (Excluding rocksteady, bebop, shredder, Baxter stockman and the purple dragons since they're basically the same)

Ecto-Donnie:
Ecto-Donnie is a sentient slime creature that hides out in a swampy, abandoned shack. The team stumbles across the shack looking for leopar in the Amazon. It can shapeshift any part of its body into weapons, extra appendages, tentacles, etc. It has the ability to take the form of any organism as long as it has that organism's DNA. It extracted DNA from Donnie and permanently took the form of him. It is sensitive to high frequencies, fire, and bright light. It has an unusual attraction to Casey and has dubbed him as "pretty boy". They defeat Ecto-Donnie but don't kill it so it escapes and is found by a member of a group of villains that will be named later in this chapter. (It also looked exactly like Donnie until Mikey blew a discarded dog whistle and turned Ecto-Donnie back to a goopy version of Donnie that still resembles him but he was completely made of slime.)

Sugar:
Sugar is a bunny mutant that tricked Donnie into giving him the emerald eyed serpent by making him think that she was a good guy. She can use magic like a witch and she's also a member of the group of villains.
——
Daniel:
Daniel is a leaf-nosed bat mutant that helped the turtles find the head of the emerald eyed serpent only to try to rob them of it and kill Donnie. Donnie fought him off and he escaped and was found by the group of villains and joined.
——
Kurt/dogpound:
Kurt was an average good guy living in an apartment in New York and just happened to get mixed up in the turtle's shenanigans. He got mutated into golden retriever mutant during a battle. He became mad but not at the turtles. Just mad in general. He's classified as a villain because he does bad things around town. He doesn't mean to do bad things. He just steals because he's terrified by his new appearance and can't bring himself to comfort a cashier and pay for items. Donnie actually likes him and described his human form as a "chubby lumberjack". He gets mad when ever anyone tries to hurt Kurt.

The cataclysm clan (group members: Rocksteady, Bebop, Shredder, Baxter Stockman, Ecto-Donnie, Sugar, and Daniel)
The guardians (group members: the trinilizards, leopar, the sparrow, Zeplionan dinosaurs, Devil dogs, Drittens, and Smoosh)
The purple dragons (group members: they go unnamed cuz they don't show up often lol)
