This will probably be in the second season. The turtles are starting their journey to get the first piece of the emerald eyed serpent when they make a pit stop. They ready to leave when a giant shrike mutant attacks them. It holds up a pearl and a big beam of light hits them. Nothing happened at the moment so they just get back in the tank and leave. They stop for the night and they go to sleep. Donnie wakes up first and gets some ice cream but realized that someone ate all the ice cream and put the empty carton back in the fridge. He calls out for his brothers but noticed that his voice sounded....Different. His brothers, April and Casey exit their rooms and see Donnie. Guess what? He's a girl! Surprise! They all look in the mirror and they all swapped genders. Now they have to go find the mutant that switched them. And of course, they picked the shortest brother to be bait. At this point their all in human form and they dress Donnie up as a bumblebee because Donnie (bless his heart) innocently told them that shrikes eat bees. Needless to say, they got switched back and they beat the living sh!t out of the shrike. And to everyone who thinks this is gonna be another one of these genderswap episodes where the boy that gets turned into a girl and the first thing he noticed is he has tits when it took the girls half the episode to even acknowledge that they have a dick and then they start making inappropriate comments that make everyone uncomfortable, mine won't do that. It'll be as quick as "hey I'm a girl now." "Cool I'm a boy. We're gonna work to fix it"
