Chapter 8 - The Scary Quidditch Match

Everyone kept trying to get more information about it but Professor Binns put a stop to it all which then had the class going back to what Binns had been teaching before Hermione asked about the Chamber but that didn't stop her resuming afterword's about it all had me wanting to slap her since that was something I knew we would find out about later but when Ron mentioned that if he'd been sorted into Slytherin that he would have gone straight home while Hermione nodded making Harry and I look at each other since we'd almost been sorted into Slytherin. We hadn't told Ron or Hermione that the hat wanted to put us both in Slytherin know I'm starting to wish it had since we both still remember what it told us, 'You could be great, you know, it's all here in your head Slytherin would help you on the way to greatness, no doubt about that....' but because we didn't have a full knowledge of the house's all we knew was what we had been told about which was that Slytherin was evil so we both chose something other than Slytherin not knowing what it truly was about so we couldn't make a good decision on anything. However ass we were walking through the hallway Colin walked by so we said our greeting's to him only for him to shout something to us, "Harry - Kaito - a boy in my class has been saying that you're both -" I looked at him confused before the crowd of people which had saying he'd see us later before Hermione turned to us, "What's a boy in his class saying about you two?" I sighed having already guessed as to what along with Harry, "That were the heirs of Slytherin." Harry said already knowing it was all but then Ron said that people would believe anything now a days since there's no way Harry or I could unlock a chamber that we knew nothing about. However then things turned to wonder if there really was a Chamber which had me shrugging have no idea since we weren't brought up in this world until last year when Hagrid brought us here but knew that before long both Harry and myself would know everything about the Chamber of Secrets.

Then Hermione said something that had me confused since she said that because Dumbledore couldn't cure Mrs. Norris that the creature wasn't human but then they suggested that we somehow managed to make it back to the same place we had seen Mrs. Norris petrified with everything pretty much the same except they wanted to see if anything was there but for some reason the spider's were trying to run from the area. That was how we knew Ron didn't like spiders since he refused to go near them but didn't care if they were dead which confused me since shouldn't someone scared of spiders never want to be near them at all living or dead? Then he told us a story about how his brother turned his toy into a spider because he broke his broom which had me wanting to thank the twins for that since it showed that he could at least be happy that someone was able to put some fear into Ron's life so that gave me an idea. Then we went into the girls bathroom with Ron not wanting to go in because it was for the girls but Hermione told him that no one came here because of Moaning Myrtle who was a student ghost whose been in the bathroom since forever, but Myrtle got upset about people coming in but then Ron really upset her which had her diving into the toilet headfirst making me sigh. We all jumped when someone yelled out Ron's name making us sigh when we turned around to see Percy Weasley who had stopped dead at the head of the stairs, perfect badge agleam with an expression of complete shock on his face making us sigh knowing this was going to be bad especially when he called out where we had been inside. "Get - away - from - there -." He said striding towards us and starting to bustle them along flapping his arms which had me trying not to laugh, "Don't you care what this looks like? Coming back here while everyone's at dinner -." I already knew that people where saying that either Harry or I did whatever happened to Mrs. Norris but none of it was true but then Ron had to go and tick off Percy who took five points from him making me roll my eyes at Ron one day it might just get him killed. Then he told us that we couldn't be detectives anymore or he'd message there mom which seemed to terrify Ron or it might have been from anger I'm not sure but his face was bright red which had me smiling seeing as someone was finally able to put him up to task. Ron was still ticked off when we got to the common room that he kept smearing his work on Charms but forgetting that his wand needed fixing he set fire to his parchment trying to fix it only to get annoyed again before slamming his Standard Book of Spells, Grade 2 shut which surprisingly Hermione followed suit shortly after which had me looking at them from above my parchment which since I was using my legs as a makeshift desk since the table was crowded with papers. "Who can it be though?" Hermione said in a soft voice which had me rolling my eyes thinking here we go again, "Who'd want to frighten all the Squibs and Muggle-borns out of Hogwarts?" I glared at Ron already knowing who he would pick and apparently so did Hermione, "If you're talking about Malfoy -." I just looked at Harry rolling my eyes making sure the other two couldn't see it which had him nodding.

"Of course I am! You heard him - You'll be next Mudbloods! - come on, you've only got to look at his foul rat face to know its him -." I rolled my eyes at that Draco couldn't be Heir of Slytherin and I knew Harry felt the same but we couldn't say anything about it because our betrothal's were a secret especially from these backstabbers, but then Hermione came up with an idea to prove if he really was but I yawned tired so I finished up what I had left of my assignment's ignoring the two plotting next to me before telling them I was going to bed since I was about to fall asleep which had them nodding as I cleaned up my work space before heading up to my room. When I got there I smiled seeing a house-elf there with a bag of items, "Hello Heir Potter, these are for you from your betrothals I was told to give them to you alone." I smiled at the little creature taking them from the elf girl before bowing to her, "Thank you very much little one can you let them know that I have received them?" she nodded so I thanked her as she left before laying the bag on my bed while I put all my books and homework away before sitting down to go through the packages before putting Harry's back into the bag before opening my first letter from Blaise laughing at what he wrote - Hello, my beloved Heir of Slytherin - it had me about to crack up as I read the rest of the letter which had a few tears slipping out when he said that the rest of the Slytherin's didn't buy that Harry and I were the Heir's of Slytherin so I knew it would also lift a weight off of Harry's shoulder's as well when he read his probably from Draco since Blaise said they shared a room along with Theo who seemed to like hearing about us and what he called our secret love affair which had had me laughing into my pillow. Then once I finished it I placed it inside my bag so no one could take it from me then I opened the package that came with it along with pulling out the letter's I had gotten from Professor Snape and was shocked to see that the date had been set for this summer to read our parents will since was the only time anyone could free up with everything gong on due to job or other things. The goblins had even sent us things they called Portkeys but only to use them if we couldn't get away legally from were we were since it wouldn't be traced, which made me happy as I quickly put the letter into my bottomless bag before reading the results Madam Pomfrey had given Snape but there was nothing that could be explained on it. Ever since the Pixie episode Lockhart stopped bringing in live creatures' making me sigh but then he started reading from his books and making either Harry or myself act along with him making me wish he'd bring another creature into class than have to act out his books with him when the bell rang I just about ran from that room glad to be out of there so I had to hear from the other's about the homework. Since they had stayed behind to ask Lockhart a question but then we headed to the library which had me confused since usually we hit there later but I was stunned when Hermione handed Madam Pince a note who looked at it as if it wasn't real before going into the restricted section to get a book before bringing it back to us. Then we were once again in the girls bathroom on the second floor, that's when I noticed that it was about a potion that apparently they wanted to brew to ask Draco some questions which had me rolling my eyes but then my eyes shot to Hermione when it seemed like she was trying to persuade the boys into breaking the rules. She then said that it would be ready in a month but I didn't care I wouldn't be doing that but then I started to feel sleepy again so I told them I was going to take a quick nap back at the dorm so I left blacking out the minute I hit my pillow sighing wishing I knew why I couldn't sleep well enough anymore.

Then that Saturday morning we all woke up before heading down to breakfast all wrapped up and ready for the game that started at about eleven o'clock then the game began moments later with me worried that something bad was going to happen but the game seemed to be going pretty well with Harry and Draco trying to catch the Snitch which had them side-by-side almost the whole game. I froze when I saw a Bludger head straight for Harry's head making him barely dodge it, but it seemed that it didn't want to leave him alone at all which had me worried but I sighed when twins called a stop to the game for a bit, however they were up in the air again moments later but then something happened that had my whole body freezing up as I screamed at Harry. I was to late though as the Bludger slammed right into Harry's elbow smashing it but he was still able to catch the snitch but then Harry blacked out. I immediately started to run out onto the field only to barely catch him as he hit the ground scared out of my mind that something was seriously wrong with Harry, I kept glaring a Lockhart growling whenever he tried to come near Harry but he obviously wasn't listening to anyone here but he never listened to any of us and wound up making Harry's arm worse which had me about to pounce on him but someone held me back which finally let the tears I had kept locked inside to finally come out so I would up crying myself to sleep in someone's arms.
