When Error came back to his senses after the rebooting, Nightmare was still there and he still got that stupid expression on his face. Awesome...

"Okay Octopus now listen to me, as the guardian of negativity, you need to make sure that the balance of feelings is stable. So you need to make negativity!"

The destroyer looked at the guardian with the urge to kill him on spot. With the dark circles under his eye and his weak magic, he couldn't actually do something for a long time. Also was it blood on his hoody?! COME ON!
This idiot was clearly dying, why did he let things get this bad?!

"Urg...Okay, kid, you're coming with me. We're going to get you some negativity together but after that, you'll be on your own! Understood?" Error said after grabbing the other in his strings.

Nightmare nervously nodded as Error was taking him into another universe. Perhaps he should ask him his name instead of calling him Error, it wasn't really nice.

"Hey uh...What's your name? You didn't really introduce yourself and it would be better if I knew your name."

The way Error looked at him reminded Nightmare of how Cross could look at Killer when he was doing or saying something stupid.

"My name is Error, didn't your idiots warn you against me?"

Wait did he really guess the other's name like that? Who called themself Error? Well okay, he couldn't really say anything since his name wasn't better but still. Nobody ever mentioned him, even Cross who couldn't lie never said anything about Error.

When the guardian shook his head Error's glitches went a little wild. Then like it was nothing they came back to normal. He looked pissed again and Nightmare was starting to wonder if it wasn't his normal expression since it was the only one he ever saw on the black-boned skeleton.

"Alright look. We're in a copy of Underswap so one of the most joyful universes existing. You watch me first and then you do it yourself, understood? "

Nightmare looked at the newcomer with a sour expression, he wasn't stupid. His tentacles were sharply moving in his back ready to strike the glitch anytime. With a big breath, he calmed them down and turned to Error not taking the other's behavior well.

"I'm not stupid, okay? Besides if the multiverse is so fucked up couldn't you just come to our place and talk about it?"

Error blushed in a second and started hissing at the guardian apparently embarrassed. Nightmare snorted at that, he was acting all mad and dangerous but in the end, he was just like a grumpy cat.

As Error wasn't answering and avoiding Nightmare's face, the guardian started to wonder why he just didn't come. That would have been a lot easier for each of them.

"Wait...You don't know where we live? Is it why you didn't come? Because you couldn't get there." Nightmare asked with a cunning smile he got from Killer.

"Shut up Octopus!! How could I know about your stupid hideout since you hid it with several AU codes?! And drop that stupid smug smile of yours!"

Nightmare tried to stop laughing but it was easier to say than to do and Error's grumpy embarrassed face wasn't really helping. When his laugh turned into a coughing fit and he started spitting blood again, he stopped.

Error looked at him with a sad expression and with a tired look, he gave Nightmare a tissue. Even if he was constantly arguing with the negativity guardian Error considered him a friend. Seeing the once all-mighty Nightmare in such a state wasn't easy.

"Why did you have to let it be that bad Octopus?"

"Because I'm an idiot?" Nightmare said laughing at himself a little.
