Hey okay so before I start I'm going to write this in third person, but the scene is going to have President Icas in it instead of Autumn. Okay, proceed.
____________________"Mr. President." A voice said from across the room, dragging the man behind the desk out of his thoughts. The President wore a casual grey suit with his small American Flag pinned in its usual place. Bags rested under his eyes, most likely worse than usual due to his more frequent lack of sleep. His gray hair sat neatly combed on the top of his head while his brown eyes were trained on the informant. No matter how tired the man was, his authoritative aurora always managed to capture anyone that entered the room.
"Speak." The President said, waiting for his informant to enlighten him. He leaned back in his chair slightly and put his attention to the man ahead of him.
"A ship full of new donors has docked on the harbor. They are bringing these people in as we speak."
"And how are the tests going?" The President asked, leaning forward slightly in his chair.
"From the few tests that we have run, the results have come back positive. Patients are showing immediate signs of recovery while the donors are showing symptoms of the disease. Our doctors confirmed that this treatment is a success and would like to begin this process in the containment area."
Before the President could give his consent, alarms began wailing above his head. A second later, a monitor slid soundlessly out of a ceiling tile and stopped in front on the desk.
The monitor showed the security breach was in the hallways of hospital. The informant had a hand to his ear as he listened for more details. Finally he spoke, "A donor is attempting to escape. Her name is Autumn Willow."
President Icas immediately remembered the name from Zayin's reports. "The rebel leader?"
"Yes sir."
As soon as the informant confirmed it, a smirk grew on the President's face. "Do not detain her just yet." He ordered as his eyes scanned the various rooms on the monitor, looking for a specific donor. His eyes landed on it and he looked back at the informant. "I will handle her personally. We just have to lead her to this room and she won't be a problem anymore."
The President leaned to reach one of his bottom drawers and pulled it open, revealing a small device, similar to a remote. He pressed the red button on the top of it and immediately monitors hidden behind the front half of the office showed themselves, each screen holding a different camera view of the hospital.
The monitors were definitely not the only structural change of the Oval Office. From first glance, the room itself maintained its historical feel, but behind the walls were layers of technology that had not been there years before. The walls were made of a durable steel that were designed to protect against the most explosive chemicals or the most dangerous bombs ever. Whenever one of the two windows opened, an invisible forcefield surrounded it, making it impossible for a shot to go through it. Underneath the desk was a door that led to a bunker for the higher levels of security breaches and there were four other doors in the room that lead to other wings of the White House. The monitors had the capability of showing live feed from the cameras of any part of the main building or the underground hospital.
Needless to say, the Oval Office was now one of the most secure rooms in the White House itself.
President Icas trained his eyes on the monitors until he saw a glimpse of the escapee. He watched as the red dot moved farther away from the destination he wanted her to go. He looked at the informant once again, who was standing uncomfortably behind the screens. "Tell the guards that once they detain her, put her at the top of the donor list. I want her dead by tomorrow morning. Understood?"
