Cirrus: You and she are watching a serie and the new episode go to air at 3 am, so she woke you up to watch it with her.

Cumulus: She would wake you up because you had a bad dream. You were moving in the bed and saying something when she thought that would be a good idea to wake you up.

Sunshine: COOKIES, she wants to make cookies. At 3 am, yes, she is Sunshine.

She was a bit scared to be awake alone, so she woke you up. You don't mind that much about it because you had fun while making cookies.

Aurora: She hasn't slept a wink. She changed the sleeping position in the bed again and again. She got bored and woke you up.
