I see Harmony rushing up to me yelling my name.
'Have you made my illusion for Beastkeeping this week?' She asks.
'Yep.' I say absent-mindedly, thinking about my illusions homework, and what I should focus on.
'Are you sure?' She checks. I nod, still thinking about my project, but I snap out of it as I realise what I'm saying, but by then, she's already gone. I walk to Illusion class, reminding myself to make Harmony's illusion. As soon as I take my seat next to Thyme, however, I forget all about the previous encounter. I put my bag next to my seat and Mr Hopkins starts teaching the class. Today we are learning how to cast Illusions effectively. As I'm casting, Mr Hopkins comes by, and writes something on his clipboard, he gives me a genuine smile and moves on. Thyme and I look at each other and grin. I hear an announcement calling Harmony to the office, and I suddenly remember I didn't make her Illusion. A minute or so after, I get pulled out of class by Harmony and before I can say anything she starts whisper-yelling at me.
'How could you Avery, you didn't make my illusion for beastkeeping, How dare you, now I will be expelled and disowned by my family I will never forgive you.' She says. I stare at her with my mouth open.
'I'm so sorry!' I almost yelled. I'm about to explain what happened, but she runs away, opening her Scroll as she goes. I see her open up her chat with Lili. I want to go after her but Mr Hopkins is calling me in. I slowly walk back into my class. As I take my seat, Thyme asks if I'm ok, but I don't answer.
