I lead everyone over to my house. I unlock the door and storm through, almost forgetting that there were three people behind me. I almost smack Harmony in the face with the door, but she catches it, her glasses partially sliding down her face. She pushes them up and holds the door open for Avery and Thyme. As they walk through the door, Harmony closes it quietly, trying not to alert my brothers. I realise that's probably a good idea, and I start treading quieter. I peek into Tristan's room and see the flash of his hair. I quickly pull back behind the wall as I see his head start to rotate. I motion to the others to shush and motion that when I count to three, we run in. I hold up three fingers. I put down one, then another, and then the final one. I rush into Tristan's room and grab him. Harmony summons her violin and makes Tristan stand still, not allowing him to move. I look him in the face and I'm shocked. Blinded by my rage, I realise that it wasn't Tristan that we had caught, but Brayden.
'Oh Titan Brayden, I'm so sorry, I thought you were Tristan!' I apologise. I motion to Harmony to let him go.
'What the Titan Lili? Why were you going to do that to Tristan?!' He asks, clearly angered. I look and the others, wondering if I should tell him, and they nod.
'We found out that Tristan is behind the attacks on the students.' I explain. Brayden's eyes widen.
'That...That...oh my Titan why would he do that?!' He asks, almost yelling.
'We don't think he's doing it by himself though.' I say quickly, trying to calm him down. He looks at me.
'That doesn't change much! He knows that he shouldn't involve himself in this sort of stuff! Even if he's being pressured to! Have I taught him nothing?' He half shouts. I stay quiet. Brayden sighs.
'I'm sorry, I shouldn't have shouted.' He says quietly. I nod.
'Anyways, do you know where Tristan is?' Harmony asks after a minute or two. Brayden nods.
'Right, yes I do. He said that he was going over to Harmony's house. I asked him why and he didn't answer.' He says. I look over at Harmony, who had slightly paled. I walk over to her.
'We don't have to go if you don't want to.' I tell her quietly. She shakes her head.
'No, we have to find out who Tristan is working with, and if it's part of my family...' She takes a deep breath. 'Then so be it, I'm not related to them anymore. Am I?' I give Harmony a comforting squeeze on her shoulder, then walk over to Brayden.
'Thanks Brother one, I'll keep you updated.' I say, mock saluting him. We smile and I lead the girls back out of my house. We mount our palismans.
'Alright Harmony, lead the way.'
