Chapter 5 - Lili

After Harmony and Avery had finished explaining, everything that happened, everything they said made waaaay more sense. As I update them on what happened in Healing this morning, we start setting up the rest of Harmony's things.
'One of the students actually woke up... for about ten seconds, then she went back under, but it's still something.' I explain as we finish setting up Harmony's bed.
'She was repeating the same phrase over and over, just saying "where is it, where is it?" It sounds as if she was being attacked by something when she went unconscious. I don't think she fainted, otherwise she would have woken earlier than now, so I think she got knocked out hard.' Harmony and Avery look at each other.
'What? What is it?' I ask.
'Well, it sounds as though something attacked her, and if the other students are in the same condition, I think it's safe to assume it's attacked them too.' Harmony explains.
'And this something might be a beast.' Avery adds. We all look at each other.
'So we could ask Brayden to look into it!' We all exclaim at the same time.
'Who's asking Brayden what?' My other brother Tristan is looking into the room. Tristan looks pissed, as usual. His light pink hair is slicked back out of his face, the hair colour really doesn't suit him but we're all too lazy to dye it.
'Nunya beesness brother two!' I say to him.
'Fine, but I'm in beastkeeping too you know.' He goes to walk away.
'Wait, how do you know that we need to ask him about a beast?' Harmony asks
'Well you three aren't exactly quiet.' He answers before shutting the door only partially and walking away.
'Well, that was... strange.' I say.
'What do you mean?' Avery asks.
'He doesn't normally listen in to my conversations, or, well, to anything.' I say back looking at her.
'Well no use worrying about that, we need to ask Brayden about this now.' Harmony says.
'Oh right!' I say. I stand up and walk over to my door. I stick my head out and shout for my brother.
'BROTHER ONE GET YOUR BUTT OVER HERE NOW!' I yell down the corridor, startling Kermit De Phrog, the third of the Mighty Kingdom Froglandia off of Avery's head. He quickly hops under the covers of my bed. Brayden walks down the hall 'Shut up, Grizz is sleeping.' He says.
'Oops.' I say (Brayden's palisman is really cute)
'Anyways bro, we were wondering if you could do a favour for us?' I continue. He crosses his arms.
'We were wondering if you could look for a beast that can knock people unconscious in one blow.' Harmony asks.
'And that is probably really terrifying.' Avery adds. Brayden raises an eyebrow.
'You know you are basically giving me nothing to work with, right?' He asks sceptically.
'Yes, are you gonna help us?' I ask
'Fine' he sighs.
'you're the best! Now go. Do research and stuff. GO!!'
I shove him out. As soon as Brother One is gone, I close the door and we all start giggling. But I quickly stop myself.
'Guys this isn't a laughing matter, we need to find out what is attacking these students and stop it!' I tell them. They look at me, and then at each other. They make a visible effort to calm down, but then we all start giggling again.
