Quick Interjection: ((Cinderella, Y/n's original horse was left with Techno and Carl because they got along so well. Carl Jr. was the foal of Carl and a different horse, and Technoblade wants to be more than just a farmer; a horse rancher. Punz's horse got lost during a mining expedition so he's currently horseless. Nihachu's horse was a random horse that Ranboo raised with help of Techno and I will name her right now, so let's give some warm applause to Almond, as taken from random name generator)).
Punz got off his horse and hid next to the trap, Nihachu and I then rode towards the sweet berry patch. She got off Almond and climbed into a tree, her brown horse hidden into the brush. I rode Carl Junior gallantly to Dreams bunker. Just as Punz predicted he was leaving home to a scouting expedition; immediately running into me.
"Y/n?" He seemed confused, "What are you doing here?" The speedrunner chuckled, "Running about with your little friends? I thought we had all that resolved darling," He whistled and a stallion that looked just like Punz's old horse came bounding up. The creature was already saddled and he hopped on with ease. Clearly we hadn't anticipated he was going to ride a horse. There would always be casualties though, right?
Dream chased me like he normally did, but something seemed off. Suddenly where Nihachu was supposed to be I noticed she was gone. How peculiar, shouldn't she be firing arrows to distract the enemy? Suddenly it dawned on me, this was all a trap.
My horse sensed something was wrong and whinnied nervously, and that's when I saw the smoke in the distance. Nikki's house was on fire. At this point my heart was pounding wildly, who even knew about the plan? Punz. Punz... He must've betrayed us, what other explanation was there?
"I'm one step ahead of you U/n!" Dreams' voice cackled from behind me, "You can't win! Your dearest friend, a traitor!" His words echoed through my head and I brought my horse to an abrupt halt, startling my opponent.
"Enough of your games!" I retorted, "We settle this the real way. No traps, tricks, plans, we do this. If I win you can harness my powers and do whatever you want. If you win... well then," I was the one to smirk now, although my confidence was limited, "You'll be dead."
"Fine by me," He said, "I'll make your death quick. No armor, that goes for the both of us. You know what?" He laughed, "Since I like your persistence I'll even use your choice of weapon! You have only a second to make your decision, so choose wisely."
I thought quickly, I was only even trained in the sword, my shiny new diamond one glimmered at my side. I'd been itching to use it, so why not? I hastily replied, "Sword. Diamond if you have it," And clearly the speedrunner had come prepared for he pulled one out instantly.
"Enchantments?" He asked curiously, "Actually never mind. Mine has smite five," He grinned, "But I suppose it was never a fair game anyway."
My sword only had fire aspect three, but what could I do? I clutched my sword hoping for the element of surprise like Punz had taught me, but Dream was already ready. He dodged my weapon and swung to my neck, only missing by a mere inch. My breathing was rough but steady, and my vision began to blur.
All of a sudden I saw him hit the ground. Dead.
"Wha-what?" I stuttered, and that's when I saw Technoblade.
"At your service," He dramatically bowed, "And all it took was an ender pearl and some hot elbows."
