Levi's POV:
An Hour Later
After Tessa and I had finally finished in the shower, though I kept teasing her, it was time for us to get ready before we had to teach the brats. Even though I'm committed to teaching them, I just want to stay in bed with Tessa and make up for the lost time because I didn't realize how much I missed being with her until we finally gave in to the burning desired tension between us. It made me remember how nothing else mattered whenever we got lost in each other and let the world go on while we were drunk at the pleasure of our love. I knew I still had a pink tint on my face as I got dressed because I could hear Tessa quietly giggling as she did the same. I stop messing with my shirt and turn to face her, "Something funny, beautiful?" I ask while narrowing my eyes at her, and Tessa shakes her head, "Nothing at all, handsome." She replies with a wink. I slowly nod as I walk over to her, "I think you're lying, honey." I smirk, but Tessa doesn't answer me because her attention is elsewhere. It doesn't dawn on me until I feel the cool breeze of her breathing touch my skin and realize I haven't buttoned up my shirt. I shake my head as I lift her chin, and that's when I see her beautiful sky-blue eyes staring at me, "What?" She asks, and I simply smile, "Oh, nothing, my love. I noticed your attention was elsewhere." I answer before pulling her in for a kiss.
I feel Tessa wrap her arms around me as we fear breaking apart from the lingering kiss. I tighten my grip on her hip. Thankfully, I know I'm touching her skin because Tessa has yet to button her shirt either and pull her closer to me. I feel Tessa press her hands onto my chest as she tries to balance herself before she pulls away, "Levi, we... we have to-to stop," She pants before resting her forehead against mine, "Otherwise, we won't... won't be able to teach today." She reminds me, and I click my tongue, "Tch. Who cares if we're late? Those brats have learned from Shadis and the others for the past two years without us. We'll be fine," I reassure her, except she glares at me, "What?" I ask smugly. Tessa shakes her head as she leaves my embrace to lean against the counter, "You hate tardiness and going back on your word, yet it doesn't matter to you right now?" She questions while crossing her arms, to which I laugh before pulling her back into my chest, "I have other things on my mind right now." I answer before leaning in to kiss her again. However, Tessa stops me, "You are unbelievable. You know that, right?" She asks, and I smirk, "Maybe, but can you blame me?" I ask, "When I see you, all I can think about are how many ways I can make you scream my name as I kiss every inch of your beautiful body." I whisper as I press my hips into hers.
Feeling Tessa shiver under my touch made me want to hold onto my words and show her, but I sighed because Tessa was right. We needed to be teachers now. Instead of pulling away, I kiss Tessa's neck, which causes her to hold onto the counter, "Levi." She moans, and I smirk against her skin, "Hm?" I reply as I move up her neck to her ear, and Tessa lets out a shaky breath, "Can you wait until tonight? Please?" She begs, which makes me stop and look at her to see the crimson color paint her cheeks. I raise a brow and smirk, "Tonight? I thought we weren't doing anything else until we got home?" I question, and Tessa growls, "Well, you keep doing that shit, and it's not fair." She clarifies while shaking her head. I chuckle as I kiss her cheek, "I'm sorry, Tess, but now you know I felt when you would tease me." I admit, and Tessa rolls her eyes, "Tch." She responds before beginning to mess with her shirt, only for me to grab her hands, "Let me, honey." I say before buttoning it up for her.
After I finish buttoning up Tessa's shirt, I fix her necklace and smile at it. It still surprises me that we have been together for almost six years, and the wing still looks brand new. I watch Tessa look at me with her stunning blue eyes again, and I forget what I am doing. Tessa smiles as she returns the favor of me buttoning up her shirt and does it for me now. I cup her cheek and run my thumb across her cheekbone as I watch her take her time in preventing creases in my white shirt. When Tessa gets to my collar, she stops to turn around to grab the white handkerchief, then looks at me, "Do you want me to continue, or do you want to do it?" She asks, and I smile while I fix my collar, "I'll let you do it, honey." I answer before resting my hands on her hips again. With my reassurance, Tessa wraps the white linen around my neck just like she has seen me do a dozen times, then adjusts it perfectly. She backs up, then tilts her head to see if everything is lined up, and sighs when it is, "Everything looks to be in your standards, my love." She teases before turning around to face the mirror.
