The qualifying day went by and everybody was already leaving the paddock, wanting to be well-rested for tomorrow's race, the first one of the season. Aurora woke up early that day and started getting ready, and when she was ready she texted a photo of her look to Carlos, who was already at the paddock, getting ready for the race.

"Hoping I can be your lucky charm"
"You are. Is that one of my T-shirts?"
"It is, is there a problem?"
"Yeah, you look too hot and I can't do anything about it"
"Focus on the race, maybe you can do something after it"
"Mi niña, no me hagas esto. Ya vienes?"

Ten minutes later, Aurora was arriving at the paddock. The race was about to begin and she was running, she couldn't miss Carlos before the race.
-Ror!- Carlos excitedly said while hugging her
-Sorry, I'm so late.- she said panting, out of breath after running
-It's ok, you are here now. Why are you so agitated?-
-I ran. You are right, I need to start working out.- she laughed
-Sainz, we need you in the car right now.- Mattia said firmly
-You need to go, please be careful.- she said
-I promise you, now kiss me.-
-I love you.- she said when they pulled apart
-I love you more.-
The race began and Aurora was extremely nervous, she lied to Carlos when she said she was used to this chaos because she wasn't, the moment she saw Carlos get in that car, she couldn't help to be afraid, the guy she loved, the love of his life could get killed in that car and something about that, made her feel so vulnerable but she lived for the thrill of it.
When the race was over, Aurora let out a breath she didn't even know she was holding. She waited in Ferrari's garage, she knew Carlos would walk in a few minutes later and she desperately needed to hug him tight.
-Good job, Carlos. It's only the start of the season.- Caco said to his cousin when he stepped out of his car.
-Thanks pal.- the driver said before starting to look around for his girlfriend.
-Mi niña.- he happily said when she approached him
-I love you so much.- she said before hugging him while she let out a couple of tears
-Ror, what's wrong? Did something happen in here?- he asked worriedly while he took her to his room
-I'm sorry, I promise you I'm fine.- she said while cleaning her tears.
-Aurora, what's wrong? Tell me about it.-
-I was so scared for you, I don't want you to die.- Carlos's heart broke when he heard that, he didn't know what to say. He couldn't promise her something like that so he just kissed her, hoping that kiss could show her everything he felt for her and how sorry he was for putting her in that position.
