Hermione slams the door shut and points her wand at it
"Colloportus!" she yells
we look around and realize that its only me, Harry, Hermione and Neville.
"where's everyone else?" i ask panicking
"they went the wrong way!" she yells
we run off after Ron, Ginny and Luna just as the door blasts off its hinges
we dive underneath several desks.
Death Eaters enter the room, moving slowly between the clocks and desks.
"they might have gone on to the hall." a Death Eater that i didn't know suggests
"check under the desks." Bellatrix suggests
Harry leaps out from under his desk
"Stupify!" he yells
a jet of red light hits one of the Death Eaters in the chest. he is knocked backwards into the wall.
Hermione jumps from under the desk and runs for the exit. Bellatrix sees her and raises her wand
"AVADA-" Bellatrix begins
"Expelliarmus!" i yell running out from under the desk
Bellatrix's wand flies from her fingers.
"Stupify!" Harry says finishing her off
Bellatrix is struck with the same red light and falls to the ground.
there is a yell from the other room
"Ron!" Harry yells
two Death Eaters enter the room
"Impedimenta!" one yells
the spells blasts all of us backwards. Neville flies over a desk, Hermione strikes a bookshelf and Harry and i strike the wall.
"we've got him!" one of the Death Eaters yells
"Silenco! Stupefy!" Hermione yells
the Death Eater falls silent and then to the ground
Harry staggers to his feet, dazed. "Pretificus Totalus!"
the second Death Eater falls to the ground and cannot move. the mute Death Eater attacks Hermione, making a slashing movement with his wand.
purple flame blasts from the wand and slashes Hermione across the chest. her eyes go wide and she falls to the ground.
"Stupefy!" i yell sending the mute Death Eater to the ground
"Hermione!" Harry yells, running over to her.
she appears to be sleeping.
"please don't be dead, please don't be dead." Harry mutters
"Hermione, wake up" Harry shakes her
i run over "what'd they do to her?" i ask
Harry simply shakes his head.
i press two fingers to her neck, checking for a pulse.
"she's alive, Harry. there's a pulse." i say
Harry sighs in relief "can we carry her?" he asks
"i'll do it. you're better at fighting." Neville says
he hoists Hermione up on his back and we move on to the next room.
we re-emerge into the circular room of doors and see that Hermione's X's have faded.
