Luffy's One and Only

Part 7

Over the next couple of days, Luffy mulled over what his Yu-Chan told him and decided that she was going to be his official girlfriend. His chest bubbled with nervousness like she said it would. He wanted to ask her but decided it wasn't time yet, and he didn't know if she felt the same. So, he waited.

They spent the rest of the year training their devil fruit powers as well as their physical powers, they were sailing away soon and starting their adventure. Both of them were ecstatic. They wanted nothing more than to start their journey together.

When the time came, they got on their little fishing boat with nothing more than a barrel of apples, they waved everyone that supported them goodbye and started their journey.

"Lu-Kun, I'm gonna miss them," Yuna whispered, leaning against him softly.

"I am too, but when we become king and queen we can come back and visit them all the time." Luffy stated, gently grabbing her face in his hands, A sincere smile on his face. Yuna blushed at his actions, and his eyes widened slightly. That was some of the most emotion he's seen on her face, and he was happy.

Their moment was interrupted by a giant sea king, which Luffy promptly took out with a single blow.

"Good job, Lu-Kun," Yuna smiled, clapping happily. Luffy blushed a slight shade of red, smiling proudly at her.

"Thank you, YuYu," Luffy mumbled, a blush still on his cheeks.

Yuna smiled until she saw his blush and moved forward, touching his face, which only made it worse, she frowned, "You feeling okay, Lu?" She asked, concerned for his well-being. "Y-yes, I'm fine," Luffy stated, looking away. "I don't know what it is, but my face feels hot," He continued, fanning his face.

Yuna smiled, "Oh, you're blushing!" She giggled, poking his red cheeks, "It's normal, don't worry," She said, pulling away from him.

"I've never done that before," Luffy mumbled, scratching the back of his neck in worry.

"It can either mean you're embarrassed, angry, or excited. That can also mean you've been working out or just plain hot," Yuna summarized.

"Oh, okay, thank you." Luffy smiled a small smile in gratitude.

"Of course!" Yuna beamed.

Luffy was enjoying spending this time with her as it just felt right. He felt like she belonged next to him forever, and he was happy about it.

As hours passed as they drifted, all the apples vanished, and they were both bored. They couldn't do anything fun on such a tiny boat. "I'm hungry," Luffy whined, cradling his stomach.

"Yeah, me too," Yuna frowned.

"Can I lay on you?" Luffy asked.

"Of course, you don't have to ask, Lu" Yuna responded, opening her arms for him.

Luffy instantly moved over to her, head on her boobs, and he pulled her down to lay flat on the ship and cuddled into her side. Yuna played with his hair when they got comfortable. Luffy hummed, enjoying the feeling of her hands, and drew all kinds of shapes on her stomach with his fingers. Currently, Yuna was wearing a black crop top and a pair of shorts as there wasn't much to choose from in Foosha. One of the shapes Luffy drew was a heart causing Yuna to blush. "Hey, Lu-Kun?"

"Yeah?" Luffy whispered.

"What do you think is going to happen out there?" She whispered back as the stars appeared in the sky.

"I don't know, but I'm sure everything will be okay," Luffy hummed.

"Yeah, I'm sure," Yuna said, giving light scratches on his back, just barely dragging her nails across his skin.

"Either way, I'll have you by my side, so nothing can stop me from being the pirate king," Luffy stated, giving her tummy a small kiss causing butterflies to shoot into her stomach. 

Yuna chuckled, a smile on her face as she gave him a kiss on the head. "Good, you're gonna be the best pirate king," She stated, absolutely sure his dream would come true.
