I remember when I first laid eyes on her. I knew she was the princess so, even if she was lesbian, I had no chance but it would not stop me from looking at her from afar and admiring her beauty.
I was a kid with no rules. I did what I want and when I wanted. It was until my eyes laid on the princess, really realising how beautiful she actually is, that changed my life forever. But with that change, it put me into shape without her having to do or say anything.

At ten years old, I was homeless. So I would steal to try and get at least food. It was difficult getting through each day as people were weary of me being a small village.
But no matter what, I would never try to steal off the princess. I was desperate to steal from her parents but I could not do it. What would she think of me if I did?
Nonetheless, I got by and survived. A meal a day and very little liquid each week.
I was a dangerously skinny child. But it only got to this because I came out to my parents.
They dropped me at ten years old, threw me out and looked down on me whenever they saw me.
The true disappointment in their eyes.
I never understood what was so wrong with being lesbian and I never will. But I do not care, it would have been a waste of time to find out because I was never going to change.

Two years passed of their stares, two years of people making me feel less of a person for trying to survive, two years of still being in love with the princess.
It was one day when she was out on her own on a summer day. I did not look presentable as my clothes was dirty and had holes in the fabric, and my hair was greasier than a delicious greasy meal. But even with the downfall of being homeless, I still wanted to talk to her.
She was sat on a white bench just outside of the castle. She was reading a book of some sorts. She was wearing a beautiful dark blue, purple and magenta coloured galaxy dress which matched her beautiful aura.
I walked over to her and said "Hello."
Being so focused in her book, she jumped out of her skin. She held the book in one hand whilst the other rested over her heart.
"Sorry." I pout as I realise I scared her.
"It is okay." she replies, her soft voice sound so empathetic and sympathetic when there was no need.
"May I sit?" I ask her.
She looks me up and down before slowly shaking her head "If this bench gets at all messy, I will get into trouble."
"Oh... I will not then," I stood in front of her, to her left instead, as I tried thinking of something to say quickly "So how are you, your highness?"
She giggles softly "Please do not address me as a royal, Flutter is fine."
"Okay, Flutter, apologies."
"Please do not apologise either, it is okay," she says before changing her posture and sending a smile my way "I am okay now that I have calmed down. Just reading a book, what about you?"
"I am doing the best I can," I said, realising how vague it was "I am homeless so I am just managing."
Her smile disappears as she hears my words "I am so sorry to hear," she closes her book properly and sits it at her side as she looks at me with sad eyes "What is your name?"
