you're gonna be okay pt 1 - imagine

You slowly walk in the woods, in the upside down. Eddie and Steve are walking beside you, while Nancy and Robin are up ahead. The sky was dark and blue, the breeze feeling cool on your skin but stinging your wounds. Red lightning lit up the sky and the thunder made a loud boom. It felt like a thunderstorm going on endlessly. You look down and step over vines and sticks carefully, fearing if you're going trip over them. You start to feel dizzy, looking around as you see the world spinning in front of you. You feel pain in your side and something warm trickles down you. You place a hand where it hurts, and look down at it. Blood covered your entire hand and you felt nauseous looking at it. Your shirt was also covered.

"Hey, guys?" You say shakily.

Eddie and Steve both turn to you and you look down at your side again.

"What's wro-" Eddie begins, but then sees you gushing blood. "Sweetheart you're bleeding a lot," he says and places his hand on your side to stop the bleeding but it barely helps. You wince at the pain and balance your body on Eddie, putting an arm around his neck.

"Shit," Steve sighs worriedly and calls Nancy and Robin over to you guys.

You feel waves of dizziness come over you, you feel tired so decide to close your eyes and loosen up your muscles. You felt like you fell through the ground, but opened your eyes to find Eddie looking at you. Your head was in his lap, and he stroked your hair softly. Everyone was crowded around you. Steve, Nancy, and Robin were all figuring out what to do but you couldn't quite make out what they were saying.

"What do we do?" Robin asks.

"I have a first aid kit at my house," Nancy replies.

"Yeah, I don't think we'd make it that far Nance, look at her," Steve said and pointed to you.

Nancy knelt down to you and ripped more of her shirt. Eddie lifted up your shirt so Nancy could put the cloth around you. You tried your best to not wince again as Nancy tied it around you tightly.

"There, is that okay?" Nancy asks.

You nod.

"That'll stop the blood for now," Nancy said.

"You guys can go get the first aid kit, I'll stay with her," Eddie suggested.

"Absolutely not," Nancy says. Steve frowns and shakes his head. "We can't just leave you two here,"

"Eddie, can you carry her to Nancy's house? I think that would be a better idea," Robin says quickly.

"Yeah I can do that," Eddie says.

"Okay, let's get going," Nancy says and the three of them get to walking.

Eddie picks you up bridal style and you groan at the stabbing pain in your side.

"I know sweetheart, it's going to be okay, you're gonna to be okay," he reassures you.

"Eddie," you choke out. "It hurts," tears start to form in your eyes.

"I know, just hold on,"

Steve, Nancy, and Robin were all walking in front of the both of you, quite quickly, while the two of you fell behind.

"Am I gonna die?" You ask.

"No, no you're not," Eddie shakes his head. "I promise,"

You weakly smile at Eddie and he smiles back. Feeling tired, you flutter your eyes closed.

"Eyes on me sweetheart. Don't do that," Eddie says. You could definitely tell Eddie was scared through his voice.

"I'm so tired Eddie, and I can't really see anything," you say softly.

"We're almost there, just hold on a little longer okay?" He says worriedly.

You heard Eddie's words, but you just couldn't keep your eyes open. You slowly can feel your body shut down as you look at Eddie. Closing your eyes, you can start to hear Eddie panic.
