After a Hellfire Club campaign, you and Eddie headed back to his trailer. It was pouring rain and lightning lit up the sky, followed by thunder booming loudly. You both run into his trailer soaked, exhaling violently from running inside.

"Holy shit," Eddie sighed.

"Yeah, it's awful out there," you say as Eddie handed you a towel to dry your face and hair.

You both walk into Eddie's room, and change into some dry clothes.

You loved the sound of rain. You found it very calming to sleep too, but the sound of thunder didn't please you. You were very, I guess, scared of it sometimes.

"Damn," Eddie whispers.

You turn and face him with his clothes on you.

"What?" You smile.

"You should wear my clothes more often," he smirks, pulling on a black sabbath t-shirt.

"Oh, shut up," you say quickly, a blush rising to your cheeks. Eddie sees this and laughs.

Eddie soon comes over to you and tackles you onto the bed making you scream.

"Eddie!" You squeal.

Eddie however, just smiled and started to tickle you. Although, it was very gentle.

You laughed until you couldn't breathe. Eddie saw this as a sign and stopped, only to put his head in the crook of your neck. Gasping for air, you smiled, hugging him tighter and started playing with his hair.

"Jeez Eddie," you laughed and breathed heavily.

"I love you," he says smiling, placing multiple kisses onto your neck.

"I love you too Ed's, but you might send me into a heart attack one of these days," you sigh.

"I highly doubt that," he laughs, sitting up only to lay back down with his elbow propping up his head. You doing the same.

Eddie gently grabs your hand and starts rubbing circles with his thumb, which was quite calming.

Suddenly, you were jumped out of your skin by a loud boom of thunder making you scream. You put your hand on your heart, breathing heavily. Eddie's eyes went wide as he looked at you.

"I think you're the one who's going to make me have a heart attack, sweetheart," Eddie says as he wraps his arms around you.

"I hate thunder, it's scary sometimes," you say softly. "And I'm always so jumpy,"

"You know I'll always be here to protect you," he chuckles, giving you a kiss on the cheek.

"I know," you sigh.

You smile at Eddie's words, and how you'll be okay with him holding on to you. The storm soon passed and it was now just rain pattering on the roof which made you really tired. You fell asleep quite quickly, wrapped up in Eddie's arms.
