"Eomma, Appa!" Ryujin smiled when she saw her parents waiting outside the cabin for her and her friends. They took a taxi to the cabin from the airport. She got out of the car and hugged them, still a bit tense because she's not all that close to them.

"Ohh Ryujin! You look so good, you've matured so well!" Her mom commented, "And your friends, these are the other members on your team?"

"Yeah."

The other three got out of the car along with their luggage and introduced themselves.

"Hellaur! My name is Danielle, it's saur nice to meet you. Thank you for welcoming us on your holiday!"

"Hi, my name is Winter, nice to meet you!"

"I'm Yuna! Nice to meet you all. Thank you for having us!"

The three of them were let in with open arms, they were allowed to settle into the limited bedrooms. The cabin had three bedrooms. One went to Ryujin's parents, another went to Ryujin and Yuna, and the last one went to Danielle and Winter.

But they didn't even do much with Ryujin's parents before leaving to visit the Jaeger base. Her parents were a little hesitant to let them go off one their own without having done anything together, but they realized that Ryujin is a grown adult and so is Winter, so surely they would want to do things on their own. But since the group did consist of two minors, her parents still wanted to know where they were going.

"We're visiting the Anchorage Base to visit our old Mentor. She was re-stationed here." Winter admitted honestly.

"Okay, if that's the case, have fun, stay safe." Ryujin's mother said, leaving the group of girls to go off on their own. They even left Ryujin with their car keys.

"They seem nice, Unnie." Dani commented as they all got into Ryujin's parents' car, a Mercedes Benz.

"Yeah, they're just playing parents, trust me. Soon it gets exhausting and they show their true colors." Ryujin sighed as she got into the driver's seat, set the GPS, buckled up and drove off after checking if everyone else was ready.

The car ride was silent, nerves airing up the car and everyone in it. They couldn't fathom the possibility of Yeji being dead, they didn't want to think about it, but they couldn't ignore the elephant in the room.

They reached the academy, having to confirm their identification before even being allowed to park. They all subtly held hands with one another as they entered the main building, stopping at the front desk.

"Hello, I'm Winter Kim, here with my team of rangers to visit Pilot Yeji Hwang." Winter said rather than Ryujin. Ryujin was scared she'd be denied entry.

"Identification cards?" The desk lady asked, earning a card from each of the visitors. She scanned them all and gave them back. "You all are approved for a visit, accept for Ranger Shin Ryujin. You are not authorized to visit Pilot Hwang. She's in the ICU, I can get someone to guide you to the hospit-"

"Rangers?" Another voice joined from a distance.

The four girls peered in that direction. The voice came from Lia, who was in a wheelchair, her left leg propped up and her left arm in a sling. She had many healing wounds on her face as well.

"They're with me, Patricia, let them in." Lia said, allowing the four girls to enter. "What are you girls doing here?" She asked even though she already knew.

"Staying with my parents in their cabin for the holidays." Ryujin smiled innocently, earning a glare from the short one in the wheelchair. "Ok... we're here to see Yeji. We haven't heard from her in weeks, we're just worried. Can we please see her? Lia please?"
