Jake's POV-

I never expected to be carrying the bloody and limp body of my second youngest daughter, looking for any sign of life as I ran as fast as I could.

The skypeople attacked us again, they refused to give up. And my daughter is now paying the price that's supposed to be around my head.

I ran towards our home, I barged in and everyone turned to me confused, but their faces fell once they saw Y/N in my arms.

"Ma Y/N! My dear child!" Neytiri cried as she took Y/N in her arms. That's right, Y/N just turned 5, she's just a child.

Mo'at ordered to lie Y/N down as she worked her magic, Lo'ak cried as he saw the body of his twin. Neteyam held him close to keep him calm. And Kiri just cried in my arms, seeing Y/N like that was painful, to say the least.

That day, Y/N died.

She was dead, Neytiri cried in my arms, my whole family did. I couldn't believe I lost my child.

Mo'at did not want to give up, she tried to bring her back, chanting rituals and using many herbs. She could not stand losing Y/N.

And that day, Eywa gave us a miracle.

Y/N opened her eyes as she gasped desperately for air, everyone looked at her in pure shock.

We quickly surrounded her and hugged her, thanking Eywa for this miracle. But Mo'at was quick to shoo us away, she still needed to treat Y/N's wound.

Y/N POV-

That day, I had to stay in my mat and rest.

I still couldn't believe I died and then I came back, truly shocking to me.

That day was 9 years ago. I was remembering it as I waited for my siblings to be ready to go out exploring.

I saw Lo'ak, Kiri, Spider and Tuk walk towards me, I stood up from the rock I was sitting in and smiled at them.

My twin was Lo'ak, he was the older twin, we had a special connection. I could rely on him all the time. Kiri and I shared our love for the forest, we could talk all day or we could sit in silence and it would be perfect either way. Spider and I got along pretty well, he was funny and adventurous. And Tuk liked being near me, she would always take my hand or invite me to play with her, she relied on my presence a lot, but I did not mind.

"About time you came, I almost fell asleep while waiting for you guys" I said with a smile, Lo'ak rolled his eyes at me as I followed the group to our little adventure.

You looked down and saw Tuk playing with a plant, you crouched down next to her and watched her play with the blue tentacles that stuck to Tuk's hand. You both giggled until you heard Lo'ak.

"Come on Tuk! You're slowing us down" He said. You got up with Tuk and sprinted towards the others.

"Bro, why did you bring her anyway?" Spider questioned as he walked. Lo'ak turned around to face Spider "She's such a crybaby" he said with annoyance. "I'm telling, you're not supposed to go to the battlefield. I'll tell Mom if you don't let me come!" He said in a high pitched voice to mock Tuk.

Tuk tauntingly stuck her tongue out to him. "Don't pick on her" Kiri said with a frown on her face. You laughed and walked past Lo'ak "Yeah, like you're one to talk, you crybaby" you said. Lo'ak turned to you with an annoyed manner, but didn't say anything.

Now, the 5 of you were walking to the Omaticaya home tree. That until Lo'ak stopped in front of you all and looked at a footprint. It was far too big for a human, it was most likely from an Avatar, but not the good ones.
