Y/N POV-

The day was busy, to say the least.

I started my Tsahik training immediately, during the morning.

I knew some things thanks to my grandmother Mo'at.

But I still had a long was to go, but I was surprisingly good at this.

Ronal was very patient with me and guided me through things if I didn't understand.

We were currently mixing some herbs, she was telling me these are for illnesses and not wounds, which is cool.

"So.. to treat Aktree rash I need to mix this blue flower with this yellow gel?" I questioned curiously.

"Yes, make sure to apply it carefully on the rash, it burns terribly" Ronal said as she finished mixing.

I then finished mixing mine and I compared it to hers.

"Mine looks weird" I said. Ronal looked at the bowls. "Maybe you used too much force, remember go be careful and gentle with herbs" Ronal said and I nodded.

"That's all for today, you're free to go now" Ronal said. I got up and lightly bowed. "Thank you! See you tomorrow" I said with a smile and left the hut.

I wasn't an idiot.

Maybe just a little.

But my point here, I didn't miss the look of that girl.

Sakari, Ao'nung's ex arranged mate.

I didn't look at her, but being an Omaticaya really helped with peripheral vision, to see if danger is near.

And she was danger, but I couldn't care less.

I'm Y/N fucking Sully, anything someone can do I can make it better and even funny.

And I'll be damned if I allow a nobody to step foot into my life and try to pick a fight with me.

I passed right next to her as I walked to the beach, she was giving me dirty looks.

I lightly pushed her by her side as our shoulders touched.

I didn't miss the shock in her face, worth it.

I didn't look back, I just kept walking to the beach.

I know I was going to see Ao'nung, it had to be at night though.

He was out hunting with his dad, my dad and my brothers.

So here I was swimming towards Payakan.

"Hi big boy! You missed me?" I signed to him.

"I did, where have you been?" He asked.

"Oh, I have so much to tell you! Where do I even begin?"

"And then he told his parents that he was in love with me!" I was signing to Payakan, he was very amused by he story.

"And his parents accepted me! Can you believe it?" I signed.

"I'm glad you found your soulmate, it's quite difficult during these days" he said.

I looked at him curiously, "What do you mean?"

"Well, star crossed lovers have always been rare. But during the times of the first songs it was said that during this era, great sorrow would fall upon star crossed lovers that met before this era finished" He said.

I couldn't help but tense a little.

I started thinking, about skypeople.

We had to run away from our home because of them.

If they find us here, they will do the impossible to kill us.

They will kill anyone who gets in their way.

Ao'nung.

Payakan noticed my uneasiness, he lightly tapped me with his fin.

I looked at him and smiled.

"Do not worry, I will protect you, your family and your soulmate. You are my sister" He said.

I got closer to him to hug him, it felt nice to have someone to talk to like this.

That's right, Payakan is my brother, and he sure is a great brother.

After the cute moment we had, we started playing with each other.

He launched me into the air as I did backflips.

I had already said my goodbyes to Payakan after we spent the evening together.

I got back to the village with my Ilu.

I got off the Ilu and walked to my hut, but I felt someone grab me from the waist and pull me up. I lightly yelped. I looked behind me and down to see Ao'nung smiling.

"Hey beautiful! You missed me?" He asked as he got me back on my feet.

I laughed and hugged him, "Yeah you big baby! Bet you missed me" I said with a smirk.

He hugged me back as he lightly placed a kiss on my forehead.

"How was training with my mother today?" He asked softly.

I hummed lightly, "It was good, babe. I actually learned how to treat Aktree rashes" I said.

He then grabbed my hand and smiled at me. "Actually, I have and Aktree rash and I just want it to be treated by you. It over here" he said as he placed my hand on his V-line.

I quickly snatched it away and smacked his head lightly, "You ain't slick! Save that for when we mate" I said with a flirtatious tone.

He hummed, amused. "Oh I can't wait for thay day, I wish we had to mate just next week, I'm too excited" He said with a smirk.

I scoffed, "Oh come on, be patient and you'll get rewarded" I said.

"I'll be good just for you" he said. "That's more like it" I said with a smile.

"You don't know the things you do to me with a single look" He said as he caressed my hand lightly.

I smiled softly, "You're cute like this, babe" I said amused.

He hummed and we kept walking, I didn't even notice we were walking.

Short moments after, we arrived at my hut.

"Tomorrow I have the day free, and you, my dear, are coming with me to an adventure" He said with a smile.

"I can't wait, I love adventures" I said.

We shared a loving kiss and said our goodbyes.

I saw him walk back to his hut, a smile adorned his face.

I like my life this way, my family is happy and I am happy.

I turned and saw my family all asleep.

Well, except Neteyam.

He was smiling at me.

"Hey lover girl" He said, amused.

I threw a bead at his forehead, he laughed at my attack.

"Come on, get some rest" He said as he closed his eyes.

I hummed lightly and went to lay down next to Lo'ak.

I held his hand and closed my eyes, falling to slumber shortly after.
