Y/N POV-

After our very successful hunt yesterday, we all fell asleep too early and now a new day started.

I was currently finishing a new headpiece, I wanted it to look as pretty as possible since it was my first time doing something similar to a crown.

Back home we usually did flower crowns or just beads, so I'm not used to this yet.

Once I finish my artwork, I look at it for a moment before trying it on.

I left the hut and looked at myself in the water, it looked very pretty, at least to me.

I smiled to myself and went back inside the hut and took off the headpiece, leaving it with my own stuff. I then heard the sudden sound of many Na'vis yelling in excitement and some of them jumping into the water threw me off.

My family went out to check what was going on.

Then we saw Tsireya on her ilu with a big smile.

"Our brothers amd sisters have returned!" She said.

Oh, the tulkun!

I smiled to myself before feeling someone grabbing my wrist and pulling me.

I looked and saw Ao'nung with a smile, he took me with him while we ran to his ilu

"Come on! I want you to meet my spirit brother!" He said in excitement.

My gaze softened and I mounted his ilu, holding onto Ao'nung by hugging his waist.

This felt so comfortable to me, being close with him.

Ao'nung POV-

We quickly got to my spirit brother, we got off the ilu and I helped her as we swim together.

Once we got to him, I smiled and signed to him. 'I see you brother, It's nice to see you again'.

I then turned to Y/N and signed to her. 'This is Ro'un, my spirit brother'

Y/N smiled and signed to my brother. 'I see you, Ro'un. My name is Y/N'

She then went back to the surface to allow me to have a moment with my spirit brother.

I smiled softly to him. 'Brother, I have found out that she is my soulmate. And she is amazing' I signed.

I told him the whole story and he was beyond happy for seeing me like this. He even claimed I looked like a complete being whenever she was around.

Soon it was time to say goodbye, but I knew I'd see him again so I didn't worry.

I went back to the village, I saw Y/N at the beach.

Once she saw me, her face lit up and a beautiful smile adorned her face.

"Hey Ao! Tsireya told me there was a celebration today so I had to get ready. Will I see you there?" She said softly.

I took her hand and gently kissed it. "If you tell me to be somewhere, I will be there" I said.

I didn't miss the nervousness in her expression.

We parted ways to our own huts and on the way there, I could only think about her and how I couldn't wait to see her again.

Y/N POV-

Did he just do that? Did he just say that?

This boy will be the death of me, everything he does makes my heart get warm and excited.

I walked into my hut and let my hair down gently, maybe for tonight I can let it rest.

I took off my beads and adorned my head with the brand new headpiece I made earlier.

Then I changed my attire to a more netted one, it looked pretty.

I placed tiny flowers in my hair to finish the look and I smiled at myself, feeling satisfied by the result.

Once my family was ready, we walked out of the hut and joined the people as they all celebrated, laughed and danced.

I looked around the crowd before feeling a pair of hands snake around my waist.

"There you are, I've been looking everywhere for you" I would recognize that voice anywhere.

I turned my head and saw Ao'nung smirking, I then chuckled.

"Is it so hard to be patient?" I asked with an amused smile.

I just saw Ao'nung nod with a light smile.

I chuckled and walked away from the crowd into the forest, he followed me as we both laughed.

I decided to hide in the darkness of the night and between the trees to scare him.

"Oh, sweetheart. Where are you hiding?" Ao'nung said, I tried so hard to not laugh.

Then I felt someone suddenly grab my shoulders. I let out a short scream as I turned around and saw him with a smirk.

"I found you" he said.

I smiled and nodded slightly. "You found me" I said softly.

We walked together to the beach and we just sat underneath the moonlight, admiring the night sky.

I could feel his eyes on me, I turned my head slightly to look at him.

"Why are you staring so much?" I asked with an amused smile.

"Whenever I look at you, the feeling of keep looking just grows stronger" He said softly.

I felt my cheeks warm up and I lightly smiled.

"You don't mean that" I said.

"How can I convince you that I really do mean it? I mean every word of it" He said with confidence.

We unconsciously got closer and closer to each other, it came to the point where our lips were about to touch. But we both stopped to look at one another.

"Tell me to stop and I'll stop" Ao'nung said, but I lightly shaked my head.

"I don't want you to stop" I said softly.

And our lips finally connected.

The bitter sweet taste of his lips against mine.

It felt as if two perfect pieces finally got together. Two pieces that were meant to be.

I felt his hands on my waist, pulling me closer to his body.

The kiss wasn't rough or thirsty. It was a romantic, soft kiss.

One that spoke a million words with a single touch.

I slowly got away from the kiss to breathe, but we couldn't stop looking at each other.

"I love you too much, Y/N. My heart is so full of you I can hardly call it my own" he said softly.

My heart warmed at his sweet words.

"You are the cure for my heart, Ao. It has always yearned for you" I said softly as we both embraced each other.

"You look ravishing tonight, I almost fell to my knees when I saw you" Ao'nung said.

I chuckled at his words and gently kissed his cheek. "You're sweet, I like that a lot" I said with a light smile.

"But.. you have an arranged mate, do you not?" I said with a saddened tone.

Ao'nung turned to me, noticing my concern. He grabbed my hands and gently caressed them with his thumbs.

"I swear to you, I will take care of everything. There is not a thing you should worry about, my dear" He said softly.

We placed our foreheads against each other and I let out a sigh.

I wish to never lose this heart warming feeling with him.
