After a couple of days you had talked to Ao'nung about the clan situation. He still didn't like the idea of it, but he let his children off the hook once more. After a couple weeks, your children were curious about your soul tree, considering the one at the Metkayina village was underwater.

Your small family made their way over to your Ikrans, your oldest son hopping on his with his younger brother and taking off immediately. Your oldest daughter wanted Kiri to come along, so they hopped on Kiri's Ikran and took off.

You hopped on your Ikran, waiting to Ao'nung to get on his but he never did. You looked at him confused, pushing down your visor in the process.

"What is wrong?" You asked, him only reaching a hand out to you, you took it pulling him up onto the animal. He rested his head on your back, wrapping his arms around your waist.

"Is it so wrong to ride with you?" He said, placing a kiss on your back. You smiled leaning into him, taking off.

You and the fish boy took a nice easy flight over the treetops. Ao'nung picked his head up and looked at the view, he had a smile on his face, enjoying the cool breeze. Although you did learn that it was hard for him and your eldest son to hear when it came to flying.

Their ears weren't made for the wind, and captured every sound that may stick their way. There was plenty of time when you sneak up on them by accident and scare them due to them not hearing you.

So for you guys to talk while in the air, you used the Metkayina sign language, it was quite handy.

' Are you excited?' You signed making Ao'nung look from the skies down to you, he flashed you a smile and nodded.

' Excited to see father.' He signed back, you looked down with Ao'nung as you guys flew over the tree. Diving down you landed next to your children and Kiri.

"This is our soul tree, it is very different from what you're used too, but gifts the same memories along with many Omaticaya's." You stated, disconnecting from your Ikran, and walking towards it. Your youngest son grabbed your hand making you look down at him with a smile.

Walking over you kneel, your mate doing the same. Your children observed, 'Ayuen was the first to connect further down from his family, you watched as a smile formed on his face. Then your attention was drawn to you older daughter trying to convince Kiri to join her.

"Kiri is not allowed to connect to Eywa." You stated, your daughter was about to protest until you gave her the 'Don't push it' face. Kiri smiled at her and gestured for her to go ahead.

She went ahead and connected to the tree, drawing a smile as well. Your youngest had his hand in yours still, he placed his queue, to the tree, you follow the same action, along with Ao'nung.

Eywa Memory-

You walked through the memory once again, it was the same one you had years ago, Ao'nung with your first born, he was in your Metkayina home, she was placed in both his forms. She was probably only about 10 weeks old. She was very tiny in his arms.

"Oeyä nìhona 'eveng." (My sweet child.) He said, giving her a smile and a kiss on the forehead. You smiled at what he had said, watching the memory continue.
