There's this annoying bitch again. Niragi's piercings glimmered in the light and his rifle rested over his shoulder.
"We're here to see Hatter," I tell him, "He needs to see something important."
"Who says you can summon Hatter at will?" Niragi walked up to me, looking down at me. I hold his stare until he breaks away. He struts over to Y/N and circles her, leaning down to her ear, whispering something inaudible to my ears. I bit the inside of my cheek, trying to remain unfazed. A feeling... an urge to take the gun off of Niragi's shoulder and bury a whole magazine into his head suddenly rose with in me.
Niragi's face... his lips are so close to her collar bone. His snake like eyes look at me. I stand my ground but he yells, "I'm jealous!"
I take a slight step forward but a familiar voice interrupts me.
"Niragi, please don't do that to our newest member," Hatter and his servants appeared from around the corner, "Chishiya, please let's talk in here."
If Hatter was a second late, Niragi would have been dead on the floor by now. Once we get into the room, I introduce Y/N, "Hatter, this is Y/N. Kuina found her at the last game she went to."
"Yes, yes," Hatter titled his head up, looking at the ceiling. The two men rushed to his side, "Y/N, we are glad to have you here... and you get introduced by Chishiya? That's a sight I thought I would never see."
I move my tongue to the side and it slightly pokes my cheek. I bite down on my tongue, bowing my head, hoping someone does not see my frustration. I don't want Kuina to be right. She does make you want to just be good... contradict this world and fight it. Not only that but your familiarity brings me comfort... which is why I need to get rid of you.
After the whole lecture on the Beach, Hatter almost exits the room but says, "Welcome... I know you're special."
He looks at me... and smiles. This is bad.
"He is right," Niragi nods, "Chishiya, this is out of character... you trust this girl and you haven't really gotten to know them nor observe them... can you really trust this pretty thing?"
My ears turned hot as Kuina and Y/N walk out of the room. I can't let them jump to conclusions and I for sure cannot be held down by a couple of emotions. However, unwillingly... I stare at Niragi. The display of his face near Y/N's collarbone... that feeling of wanting to kill him... no he can't be disposed of quickly... he will burn.

"There should be swimsuits in the drawers."
I caught up to Y/N. It's just her and I in this hallway. Kuina went to bed for the night.
"It's best if you change into one before the militant group approaches you."
I'm looking after her? Don't get the wrong message Y/N... but do? Fuck, I don't know what I want.
"Kuina really trusts you... well, she did put her life in your hands during that diamond game; however, it was just a low level diamond game. That doesn't prove you're smart or anything."
She stays silent. I need to push her away... but... should I tell her that I saw her that day? At Shibuya Center? Why do I remember her specifically? Y/N...
You're gonna get me killed. Don't make me feel this way.
"She says that people around you feel like they should... please you... prove to you that they're still morally good."
Kuina is right.
"I don't feel that when I'm around you."
That's a lie.
