Ithzarus knelt before his master as he gave the report on the events of his battle. The king tapped his chin and stared at Ithzarus with narrowed eyes as he considered the general's words. Something just didn't seem right... "You claim the young hero is dead, yet say you left the battle a few moments after striking him." Y-yes, sire." Ithzarus winced as he spoke. Several of his wounds have yet to heal. "You left him with that sword spirit, who could have easily moved him to safety. You're absolutely certain he's taken his last breath?" Ithzarus turned his gaze to his feet, thinking over what had been said. 'Gah!! I assumed that demon wretch would have been unable to assist his master; I had wounded him quite a bit. I didn't think about this possible change of events. Grr.... I'll surely be punished if he somehow survived and my king discovers him. I have no choice.' His gaze nervously turns back up to meet his master's smirking face. "I assure you, the hero no longer lives. Despite the minor possibility you have informed me of, I am quite certain he had no chance of survival. Now, if you'd kindly excuse me, I have some very important matters to attend to." The king's face lit up with a curious smile. "Important matters? Very well. You may be excused. Just know this, if the hero was fortunate enough to survive, you will be severely punished. It'd be so unfortunate for you, I do hope things are as you say." Ithzarus nodded, turning toward the exit. He strode through them, hiding the fierce expression he wore. 'I have no choice but to eliminate those disgusting beings from the face of the earth!!'

Link slid his eyes open slowly, a look of utter disgust on his face. 'Great! Just great! Perfect even! We get to deal with Ithzarus again. Yayyy...' he sarcastically thought a he glanced to his partner, who was already awake and staring out a window. "Good morning, Master." he said, still gazing out the window. His brown eyes seemed to glimmer with affection as he stared out the window. His eyes diverted to his master, a hint of a smile on his face. "It's about time we go. The third shrine is quite near; within the village actually. We won't have to worry about any tiresome fighting; the residents here protect the shrine with their lives." Link smiled. "That's going to be a nice change." "Yes, now we should be off. Before any pesky generals show up." As he followed Ghirahim, Link questioned whether he should inform Ghirahim of Ithzarus. 'He got pretty beaten up last time. Not to mention me getting poisoned and put on the brink of death. I don't want to see Ghirahim in that position again. I can't... The torture he must have endured; constantly worried for my sake. And he seems so happy right now, I'd hate to ruin the moment. I'll tell him when the time is right.'
