Happy Valentines day! (/Singles Awareness day) Here's the next chapter
As Roberts rolled down the hill his mask came off to reveal mess blonde locks and then he said two words.
"Doc....tors.....Or.....ders!" He hollered
"WILL!!" I yelled now terrified from what I had just done.
Lucky it was starting to get dark so there were some shadows nearby which I quickly used to shadow travel down to Will to try and catch him and stop his roll down but I ended up roll down with him as he plowed into me and knocked me down.
Once we made it to the bottom of the hill Will crawled over to me and placed a hand on my cheek.
"Are you hurt at all?" Will asked gently
"Am I hurt? I cut you" I said as I sat up
"It's just a scratch" Will said moving his arm behind him to try and hide it but I grabbed it and pulled it into view.
"Just a scratch?" I asked as I looked at the sword mark going up his arm.
I quickly removed the stupid princely jacket I had on then my shirt and ripped it so that I could use it to wrap his arm.
"You don't need to ruin your clothes" Will said
"I hate these clothes and besides your hurt" I said
"Nico-" Will started to say as I begin wrapping his arm.
"I won't hear it, you've always helped me so please let me help you" I said
"I would, but your not doing it right" Will said with a small laugh as he raised his arm and my makeshift bandage fell off.
"Oh" I said.
Will took the makeshift bandage and started to wrap it tightly around is arm then struggled a little with tying it.
"At least let me tie it for you" I said
"It need to be tight so it dosen't come undone" Will said as he held his arm out.
I quickly tied it then looked up at him.
"How's that?" I asked
"It's good" Will said with a small smile
"Good" I said before punching him in the shoulder of his good arm.
"Ow, what was that for?" Will asked
"Five years! I thought....I thought you..." I said struggling to finish my sentence as my eyes begin to tear up.
Will pulled me to him and held me close
"I'm here now" Will said softly
"But why didn't you come sooner? Why did you let me believe you were gone?" I asked
"I didn't have much choice, why did you go and get engaged?" Will asked
"I didn't want to, I even tried to run away once. But I was found and brought back." I said before pulling away and smirking
"You jealous?" I asked
"Of course I'm jealous, someone else is trying to love up on my fiancé" Will said
"Fiancé?!" I asked my face going completely red
"Well yeah, I left to get money to marry you" Will said with a smile.
"I don't care what it's for, don't ever leave me again" I said
"I don't plan-" Will started to say but I cut him off by placing my lips against his.
Will seemed shocked at first but then he deepen the kiss.
As we kissed time seemed to slip away and I felt like it was just me and him in the world and we would only stop momentarily so we could breathe but then I heard the sound of horses riding and Will pulled away for good and looked behind us and up the hill and I followed his gaze to see the Princess and her royal guard and hunter.
"No" I muttered softly
"Don't worry" Will said as he picked up my jacket and placed it over my shoulders
"I won't let them take you" Will said
"But where can we go?" I asked
"The fire swamp" Will said simply
"You mean the place where no one has come out alive?" I asked as I stood up
"That's the place." Will said with a smile.
I held out a hand to help him up and he took it and got up before he glared up towards Drew.
"The pig faced princess won't dare follow us in there" Will said then he pulled me towards the forest were the fire swamp was.
"It's not bad here" Will said as we got to the fire swamp.
"Really?" I asked raising an eyebrow
"I'm joking" Will said with a laugh.
I was about to ask him something when I heard a strange sound and then fire suddenly shot from the ground and caught my pant leg on fire.
"Oh, dei!" I yelled in Italian as I fell over and Will quickly got down and beat it out with a cloth he grabbed from his pocket.
"Are you ok?" Will asked once the fire was gone.
"Yeah, are you?" I asked
"Yeah" Will said as he held out his good arm to help me up.
I grabbed it and let him pull me up
"This place differently keeps you on your feet" Will said
"That's for sure" I said
"So, care to explain why you called yourself the dread pirate Roberts?" I asked.
"Because-" Will started to say before the strange sound came back and he pulled me towards him right before fire shot up where I had been standing.
"I can see why it's called the fire swamp" I said.
"Yeah. So I call myself Roberts because I am him" Will said
"How? The dread pirate Roberts has been around far longer then you were gone" I said
"It's quite surprising actually, you see when I told you everything I had said I was telling the truth and it seemed to intrigue Roberts so he told me, "Well, I've always wanted a valet, you can take the job if you want. but I'll probably kill you by morning" he ended up saying that every morning for 3 years. you'd think it would have been a hard time for me but it seemed to be the opposite. I leaned how fight, fence and everything else they taught me and as time went on I became close friends with Roberts and then something unexpected happened" Will said
"What happened?" I asked
"Roberts took me into his cabin and told me that he was so rich he wanted to retire and then he told me his big secret. "I am not the Dread Pirate Roberts", he said. "My
name is Percy. I inherited this ship and the name from the previous
dread pirate Roberts, just as you are going to inherit it from me. The man before me wasn't the real dread pirate Roberts either. The real Roberts retired
fifteen years ago and now lives like a king" he then told me that it was the name that was so important because that's what inspired fear. I mean, can you see anyone surrendering to the dread pirate Will? So he sailed us ashore and brought on an entirely new crew then he stayed as first mate and called me Roberts. Once the crew believed I was Roberts he left and I've been Roberts since then. But now that I'm back with you, I'm going to hand the name over to someone else and retire myself." Will said "
"Dose that clear your confusion?" Will asked
"Yeah..." I said a little baffled.
I walked away and next thing I know I was falling through the ground. I couldn't see or hear anything and I couldn't breathe.
