You were sat on your couch wrapped in blankets with a chocolate in each hand, you didn't have a valentine so you'd decided to spend the day watching romance movies.

You were nearing the end of 'How to lose a guy in 10 days' when a knock sounded at your door.
You groaned in annoyance, nonetheless you still got up to answer the door.

"Tee!" You smiled happily as you opened the door and saw your best friend standing on the other side.
"Hey princess, happy Valentine's Day." He smiled as he held out a large basket filled with all kind of things.
"Tee, you're so sweet." You smiled as you made your way to the kitchen with the basket.
"Thank you." You smiled as you went through the basket.
Tee smiled as he wrapped you up in his arms, you'd always loved being in his arms, it felt like home.
"Anything for my favorite girl." He smiled as he pressed a kiss to your head.
You smiled to yourself as you melted into him.
In that moment you wanted nothing more than to yell how much you really love him, but you couldn't risk losing your friendship with him.

"Is this my shirt?" Tee asked as he pulled away.
"Maybe" you smiled cheekily as you did a spin for him.
"You look great in my clothes." He smiled at you.
"Not as good as you." You smiled.
"Better than me." He stated matter of factly
"That's impossible no one looks better in Tee Higgins' clothes except for Tee Higgins." You told him.
"I know a girl who looks pretty good in them." He wasn't giving up.
"I'm not winning this argument am I?" You asked him already knowing the answer.
"Absolutely not." He smirked as he laid his hands on your waist.

Your breath hitched in your throat at the feeling of his hands on your hips, he'd done this plenty of times but something felt different this time.

"Tee." You whispered as he moved closer and tilted his head down towards yours.
"Don't." You whispered.
"Why not?" He asked staring at you intently.
"We shouldn't." You shook your head in denial.
"You want to though." He said inching closer.
You sighed knowing you couldn't argue anymore cause he was right.
"I do." You whispered giving him the go.
Tee leaned down the rest of the way hungrily connecting your lips, you smiled contently into the kiss as your wrapped your arms around his neck.

The kiss was hungry, you'd both been dying to do to do this for ages.

You began to pull away for air missing the feeling of his lips before they were even fully detached from yours.

"Happy Valentine's Day to me." You smiled widely to yourself causing Tee to laugh that beautiful laugh of his.
"Happy Valentine's Day to you." He nodded as he pressed a kiss to your forehead.
