𝐂𝐞𝐞𝐃𝐞𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐛

•Headlights•

Romance it was your favorite genre, to read, to watch, you just loved love.
And CeeDee knew that, you made sure he knew all the things you wanted to experience before you die.

"It's so nice out." You sighed as you laid on your back and closed your eyes.
"It is." CeeDee smiled down at you.
"I've missed the warm weather." You told him as you opened your eyes to look at him.
CeeDee nodded staring at you, for a few minutes it was just the sounds of the wind rustling the leaves and the the birds chirping, just you and CeeDee lost in each others eyes.

"I love the way you look at me." You smiled.
"You're beautiful." He spoke softly not breaking eye contact.
Your smile widened as you continued to hold eye contact with him.
Being in love with him felt like a movie.

"You're beautiful too." You giggled as you nudged his thigh with your barefoot.
"Am I?" He laughed.
"Yes and don't you forget it." You held his hand in yours.
CeeDee smiled finally breaking eye contact to connect your lips.
"I can't make any promises." He spoke into the kiss.
"Then I'll just have to remind you everyday." You laughed pulling away for air.
CeeDee shook his head with a chuckle as he looked away and stared off into the sky.
You followed his actions admiring the beauty of earth that surrounded you.

"It really is breathtaking." You told him.
"Earth." You watched him nod his head.
"I like the way you view everything, you're so passionate." CeeDee smiled back at you.
"I'm passionate about you too." You giggled.
"That was cheesy as shit." CeeDee laughed.
"I love cheesy." You smirked.
"I know you do." He laughed pressing another kiss to your lips.
"I really am passionate about you CeeDee, I mean it, you've helped me fall back in love with myself, life, you, just everything." You watched him intently for a reaction.
CeeDee didn't show his emotions a lot, it didn't bother you much because he'd speak when he was ready but occasionally you found yourself wishing he'd shed the tough layer and just be soft for a minute.
"You made me fall in love with you." He spoke softly.
He was opening up, just as you'd wanted.
"I didn't help you to help you Y/n, when I met you, I knew I wanted you in my life for a long time, even if it meant going through hell and back to help you get here, and I don't regret any of it." He finished, staring at you.
A smile stayed on your face as you allowed what he said to sink in, and adored the emotions he shed.

You sat up on your knees and cupped CeeDee's face in your hands.
"Thank you, you'll never understand how thankful I am that you did all those things, when we met, I thought you just wanted to help me out cause you were my friend, but now I realize that everything you did was because you love me, and I love you too, more than you'll ever know." You smiled as you pressed your forehead to his.
"You're gonna make me cry." CeeDee laughed.
"You don't have to be so tough around me Cee, I'm here for you always." You sighed.
"I know." He sighed pulling you into a tight hug and burying his head in your neck.
"We should take a walk before the sun goes down." You told CeeDee.
"I doubt we'll make it back before dark." He told you pulling out of the hug.
"That's fine." You smiled.
CeeDee nodded as he stood and held his hand out to you.

"I hate when it cools off." You sighed as the sun set and the wind started to pick up.
"I should've  brought a hoodie." You groaned as you leaned into CeeDee's side.
"The cars not to far." CeeDee laughed pulling you closer to allow you warmth.
You nodded your head taking in your surroundings.
"I love the night sky." You smiled in awe of the stars.
"You love everything." CeeDee laughed as the car came into view.
"What's not to love?" You questioned.
"You tell me." He smiled.
"I couldn't." You said shyly.
"Because I love everything." You admitted.
CeeDee laughed as he unlocked the car and opened your door for you.
"Wow, what a gentlemen." You laughed.

"I'm so tired." You groaned as CeeDee pulled into the drive way.
CeeDee didn't say anything, he turned up the music and opened his door leaving the car on.
"What the hell are you doing?" You questioned as you gave him an odd look.
"May I have this dance?" He smiled holding his hand out as he opened your door.
You gave him an odd look as you slowly nodded your head taking his hand.
"What dance, CeeDee the car is still on." You told him as he led you to the front of the car.
"Be quiet." He laughed shushing you.
"Just dance." He smiled as he began to sway the two of you in front of the headlights, it took a second for realization to hit but when it did you couldn't help the large smile that plagued your face.
"And you say I'm cheesy." You smirked.
CeeDee laughed as you laid your head on his chest and continued to let him guide the two of you.
