•Princess•

Your daughter was at that age where all she wanted to do was play dress up and have tea parties.
Which is why you were currently sat in a yellow dress with a cup of tea in hand.
"Mommy!" Y/d/n smiled as she walked around to you with a tiara in hand.
"I found you a crown!" She giggled as she stood on her tip-toes to reach your head.
"Thank you." You smiled at her
"Now you're a princess!" She smiled in awe of you.
"Oh mommy you're so beautiful." She gushed.
"You're prettier my love." You smiled as you pulled her into a hug.
"No ones prettier than you mama." She breathed as she held you tight.
A small smile covered your face as you held onto her and waited for Jalen.

"Well, that's the prettiest princess I've ever seen." You smirked as you saw Jalen walk down the hall in a dress that was definitely too small with a tiara matching Y/d/n.
"Shut up." Jalen groaned as he looked at the two of you.
"Baby, do I have to wear this?" Jalen sighed looking at his daughter.
"Yes!" She giggled as she began to pour tea in Jalens cup.
"You look beautiful daddy." She told him as she went up and gave him a hug.
"Mhm, you're the prettiest princess I've ever laid my eyes on." You laughed
"Mama!" Your daughter scolded.
You held your hands up in defense as she gave you a look.
"You're making daddy feel ugly." She sighed as she pulled Jalen's head into her shoulder.
"It's okay daddy, mama doesn't know what she's talking about." Y/d/n sighed as she hugged Jalen.

"And you hold your pinkie out like this, and you sip!" Y/d/n smiled as she taught you and Jalen how to sip tea.
"Where'd you learn this from?" Jalen laughed.
"Beauty and the beast!" She smiled widely.
"That's why mama is wearing yellow! She's Belle!" Y/d/n smiled as she looked over at you.
"And you're wearing purple because you're Rapunzel!" She smiled at Jalen.
"And I'm princess Tiana." She giggled as she pulled out a stuffed animal frog.
"But mommy is the most beautiful princess of all." She finished.
"She is isn't she." Jalen smiled over at you.
"I beg to differ." You smirked.
"Little Princess y/d/n is the prettiest princess I've seen." You smiled as you began to tickle her.
"Daddy help!" She giggled as she tried to escape.
Jalen quickly got up and pushed you out of the way lifting Y/d/n up and quickly running off with her.
"Run!" You heard her squeal as she watched you slowly catch up.
Jalen ran towards the back door and out into the back yard.
"We lost her." You heard Y/d/n whisper as you crept around behind them.
"She's slow." Jalen laughed.
"Daddy!" Y/d/n laughed as she covered his mouth and her own to keep them from making noise.
"She won't find us." He told her as he moved her hand away.
"I'm slow huh?" You questioned from behind them causing the two of them to let out a squeal.
Jalen's squeal left you in a laughing fit on the ground as Y/d/n gave him an odd look.
"Daddy, did you scream?" Y/d/n started giggling as Jalen sat her down.
"No." Jalen tried to be cool.
"Lying is bad." Y/d/n pointed her finger at him.
"Well.." Jalen trailed off.
"You did." She giggled.
"He screamed louder than you!" You laughed from your spot on the ground.
Jalen stared at the two of you laughing, he shook his head as he headed back into the house.
"He's going to change." You told your daughter as you began to sit up.
"No! He wouldn't do that! Our parties not over." She frowned.
"He definitely is." You told her.
She sighed as she put her head in her hands.
"C'mon let's go annoy him." You smiled as you held out a hand for her.

"Daddyyyy." Y/d/n called dragging out the 'Y.'
"Do you wanna have a pajama party?" She smiled as she held up her pajamas.
"As long as there's no more dresses." Jalen laughed.
"No more dresses, mama bought us matching pajamas!" She smiled at you.
"Did she?" He asked as he looked over at you.
"Yes! And they're green!!" She smiled as she held them out to him.
"Well thank you." He pressed a kiss to her cheek.
"Okay! Meet me in the living room when you get dressed!" She smiled running off.
"She's too energetic." Jalen laughed.
"I wonder where she gets it from." You told him.
"She gets it from you." Jalen said giving you a blank stare.
"That's fair."You looked up at him and nodded your head.
All the sudden Jalen tackled you to the bed and you let out a small squeal.
"You looked gorgeous in that dress." He smiled as he held you on top of him.
"Thank you, so did you." You smirked.
"You ruined the moment." He laughed.
"Guys!" Your daughter yelled.
"She's getting impatient better hurry up." You laughed.
Jalen groaned sitting up and pressing a long kiss to your lips.
"What's she putting us through next?" He questioned on your lips.
"The princess movies." You laughed.
"Again?" He whined.
"Hey, you can't complain, you're the reason we have a kid." You chuckled.
"I'm not complaining, just why do we have to watch them again? We've already seen them three times in the past month." He sighed.
"And we saw them seven times last month, that's making progress, stop complaining and get your ass in those pajamas, we've got an impatient daughter waiting on us." You told him as you heard a very loud and dramatic sigh come from down the hall.
"That's also from you." Jalen said as he got the pajamas on.
"Shut up." You groaned.

"Finally!" Your daughter sighed.
"Daddy was taking forever." You gave her an apologetic look as you made yourself comfortable on the couch.
"Well then c'mon! We don't have all night!" She told Jalen.
You laughed at her sass and watched Jalen give you a look saying 'that's also a trait from you.'
You smiled at him as he sat next to you and made himself comfortable.
"Okay so, we're gonna watch the princess and the frog cause we're all wearing green!" She smiled at you.
"Sounds like a plan." You smiled.
"Daddy?" She asked looking at Jalen.
"Oh I'm so excited." He gritted his teeth.
Y/d/n smiled as she pressed play and the movie began, it wasn't even twenty minutes into the movie before she passed out.
"She's definitely a daddy's girl." You spoke causing Jalen to turn his attention towards you.
"You think so?" He laughed.
"I know so." You told him as you laid your head on his chest.
"But she's got your looks." He told you.
"Of course she does, other wise she'd be ugly." You giggled tiredly.
"Is that your way of telling me I'm ugly." He put his hand over his heart.
"You know I'm kidding, you're very pretty, princess Jalen, and so is our little princess Y/d/n a whole family of beautiful princesses." You spoke half asleep.
"Not you too." Jalen groaned pulling a laugh from you.
"She's corrupted me with all her princess talk." You told him.
"I know I complain a lot, but I wouldn't change it for the world, I'm glad we had a baby girl, and I'm glad she likes princesses, and I'm glad she's infiltrated your mind with all her princess talk, you're my two beautiful princesses." He spoke softly.
"Now who's corrupted." You smiled up at him.
"Go to sleep." He laughed pressing a kiss to your forehead.
"I love you." Jalen smiled.
"I love you too daddy." You heard.
"Y/d/n?" Jalen questioned.
She giggled slightly causing a chorus of laughter to erupt from the two of you before you exchanged good nights and I love you's.

As Jalen said, she can be very aggravating at times, and she's definitely too obsessed with the princesses, but you wouldn't change it for the world.
