Chapter 3
Taehyung rolled his eyes when he saw Jungkook comfortably going inside his office as if they are close or related to each other. Jungkook literally sat down in front of him, giving him a sinister look.
“I told you, it's a no, Jeon.” Taehyung averted his eyes from his paperwork.
“You still have time to think, I don't mind waiting.” Jungkook replied.
“You are just wasting your time.” Taehyung responded without glancing at him.
“It's worth it if it's for you.” Jungkook retorted.
Even though Taehyung isn't looking at him, he's sure that Jungkook is smirking. He looked at Jungkook, and he was right, Jungkook is smirking while staring at him.
“Why don't you face the wall and talk with it? I'm sure it's more worth your time.” Taehyung retorted.
“Why don't you accept my proposal? I'm sure it will benefit you.” Jungkook stated.
“I rather want to be rotten in jail than to live with you.” Taehyung replied mockingly.
“Are you sure about that? Because I can promise to help you survive your current situation. But I can't promise your pretty ass surely won't survive.” Jungkook smirked.
“Are you being for real right now?” Taehyung glared at him.
“Yes.” Jungkook smiled innocently.
“Can you please leave me alone? I'm busy, I don't want to speak with you or feel your presence.” Taehyung sighed, massaging the back of his neck to ease his stress.
“Why are you being hard to get, Mr. Kim?” Jungkook pouted while playing with the pen on Taehyung's desk.
“I'm not being hard to get, I just don't like you.” Taehyung retorted.
“But you know what, I kind of like it, though. I love a person like you.” Jungkook didn't mind whatever Taehyung said to him.
“I despise a person like you.” Taehyung mocked him.
“So, do you accept the deal now?” Jungkook asked once again.
“No” Taehyung replied immediately.
“I will only give you 5 seconds to think about it. You should properly think about my deal, Mr. Kim.” Jungkook attempted to make Taehyung agree with him.
“It's a no, Jeon.” Taehyung stayed firm in his answers.
“Fine, I'll give you one month to think about it. That's final, if you didn't use your brain wisely, you will regret it.” Jungkook stood up from his seat.
“Are you deaf? Didn't you hear what I just said? I told you it's a no, that's my answer. I already think about it, you freak!” Taehyung stated.
“I'll go now, Mr. Kim, I hope to hear your response with a better answer. Thank you for your time, I had fun with you. Next time again, see you, my precious.” Jungkook gave him a flying kiss and left his office.
Frustrated, Taehyung can't believe what just happened. Why did he feel like he was talking to air rather than a person? Seriously, why did he even bother to talk to him, to begin with?
Such a waste of time, he shook his head and proceed to continue his work instead because it helps him distract from his stressful day.
