Chapter 14

Taehyung was having a discussion with Jin about his company and he would have a meeting after this.

“As you requested, I was able to find someone who can invest in your project. However, it's not that much, just like how much Jungkook can invest, but I think that personal investment would at least help you lessen your debt to Jungkook,” Jin uttered as he gave the file of that investor to Taehyung.

Taehyung checked the file, reading the information about that person.

“Kim Namjoon of Valoris Enterprises, I don't think I've heard this name before.” Taehyung commented as he looked properly through the information.

“Ah, that must be because that was just the sister company of his main company named RM Corporation. He's a conglomerate so you may have known him now?” Jin explained to him.

“Oh, so that's him,” Taehyung muttered. “15% investment isn't that bad, though; it wouldn't be compared to Jungkook's investment.” he said.

“Well, considering that he's using the sister company, it makes sense, your company is near bankruptcy, and it's difficult to pull off investors with your situation. They would take risks to do that.” Jin retorted.

“At least I'm glad that someone has the guts to invest in my company.” Taehyung sighed.

“Well, if you're lucky to pull off that person, I think he would be able to help you.” Jin mentioned.

“That person?” Taehyung raised his brow out of curiosity.

“Ah, you know, Park Jimin of Celestique Corporation, he's next to Jungkook so I just thought he would help you.” Jin said. “but it's not easy to get in contact with him. I heard that he would only respond to people he knew or influential people in the industry.” he added.

“Isn't he a rival of Jungkook or something?” Taehyung asked.

“About that, I think it runs to their generation. If I'm not wrong, Jeon and Park have been rivals for so long because they were the ones who were competing against each other. It runs into their blood now, even now, Jungkook and Jimin were rivals.” Jin stated.

“Oohh, interesting,” Taehyung smirked.

“I know, right? I've also heard they would constantly taunt each other. There were rumors that they would ruin each other's relationship, you know, the classic thing to do where one of them would steal the other's partner just to ruin their relationship.” Jin shrugged his shoulder.

“Then, why don't we go there for ourselves?” Taehyung stood up from his seat and started to walk.

“Where to?” Jin was confused.

“Celestique Corporation, I would like to see the person who can compete with that bastard.” he grinned.

“And why would you do that? Didn't you hear what I told you? It's hard to get in contact with him.” Jin sighed.

“That's why we'll go there, it must be easy if we see him in person. Besides, if he's almost on par with Jungkook, there's a possibility that if I were to make a deal with him, my marriage arrangement with Jungkook would be unnecessary, and I could decline it.” Taehyung snickered as he kept walking with Jin following behind him.

“I don't think Jungkook would like that idea,” Jin muttered.

“Doesn't matter, though,” Taehyung simply rolled his eyes.

Jin just sighed and followed Taehyung inside the elevator. He was sure it would mean war if Jimin were to agree with Taehyung's ideas.
