Chapter 10
Inside the car, there was pure silence between the two. Taehyung kept fidgeting his fingers, looking through the window car as if his mind was somewhere else.
Jungkook glanced at him for a moment when the red light lightened.
“Don't worry, he won't bother you anymore.” Jungkook said and looked at the road.
“You can't say that, you don't know him.” Taehyung retorted.
He sounds so irritated yet anxious at the same time.
“I don't know him but I can make sure that he won't do anything to you.” Jungkook replied, running his finger through his hair.
“How can you be so sure of that? Gyun is not a normal person, he has a twisted personality. You don't know what he will do next, that's how insane he is.” Taehyung argued and his voice slightly rose.
But Jungkook lightly boinks his head to make him ease because he is really frightened and mad at Jungkook for some reason.
“What are you so mad of me? I didn't do anything to you. I'm calming you down because you are freaking out right now.” Jungkook sighed and started to drive.
“It's because you are so annoying, don't just randomly blurt out something like that.” Taehyung grumbled, rolling his eyes.
“Man, you are really something else. Sometimes I wanna ruin the heck out of you.” Jungkook dramatically sighed.
“Shut the fuck up!” Taehyung groaned annoyingly.
“There, you're back to yourself, Why do you take so long to calm down?” Jungkook chuckled.
“Asshole” Taehyung shook his head annoyed.
They arrived at Taehyung's house and Jungkook stopped his car in front. He came out of the car and Taehyung followed after him, walking already to his house.
“Taehyung” Jungkook called him and so, Taehyung stopped walking.
“What?” Taehyung turned his head to him.
“I'm genuine with what I said, he won't bother you no matter what. That's not going to happen, trust me, he won't hurt you.” Jungkook told him with his hands in his pocket.
“Yeah, sure, whatever you say.” Taehyung rolled his eyes and went inside his house.
Jungkook's phone rang afterward and he answered it right away.
“What's the update?” Jungkook started while going inside his car.
“We've captured him, what should we do next?”
“Don't do anything yet, just give him a friendly treat and I will go there later.” Jungkook said with an innocent smile on his face and drove away from Taehyung's house.
“Where should we start first, Sir?”
“With his hands, please, those filthy hands of his annoyed me that much. I don't want to see them once I arrive there.” Jungkook told the person on the phone.
“Okay, Sir, we'll do it right away.”
A scream of a man echoing through the calls can be heard.
“Don't do this to me!!!”
The man from somewhere yelled, begging for forgiveness numerous times but it was unheard by the people surrounding him like they were some sort of deaf people.
But Jungkook simply ended the call as if he didn't hear anything just now.
